AirDoctor Reviews: What Do Customers Think?

AirDoctor Review

This AirDoctor review will outline what customers of the brand honestly think about the purifier.

Let’s start with the good. The Better Business Bureau awarded AirDoctor an A+ rating, and the brand is a BBB accredited business. The purifier has an average of 5 stars from 20 reviews on BestBuy. The device performs impressively on Amazon as well, with an average of 4.5/5 stars from 359 reviews.

Customers applaud the purifier’s high-quality and portable design. Many buyers note its affordability compared to other high-end purifiers, and describe a noticeable difference in air quality within days.

One 5-star AirDoctor review said, “You can feel the air so much cleaner than before. It works so quietly that you don’t even hear. I have a cat and this helps to get rid of the odor and hair of the cat. It also helps to get rid of odors when cooking.”

Another positive review on Amazon rated the purifier as 4 stars: “this air filter packs a good bit of power and appears to do a very good job, making a noticeable improvement in the health of a couple of our allergy sufferers.”

While most customer reviews are highly positive, we did find a handful of negative testimonials. The most common complaints among Amazon customers report an odor and noise.

Take this AirDoctor review, for instance: “less than a minute after turning it on, the smell of off-gassing plastics filled my room. I was simply stunned that an “air cleaner” would do this.”

Is AirDoctor Worth It?

AirDoctor Review

Is the AirDoctor a good air purifier? Based on our research, we think it’s worth buying. Many doctors have recommended the AirDoctor as the must-have air purifier and the hundreds of positive reviews online reinforce that. The Affirm installment option offers flexible payment for those on a budget.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, air purification is particularly important. The AirDoctor is compact, lightweight, and portable, with 3 Filtration Stages to remove harmful particles in the air effectively. Not only does the purifier work, but the company also provides efficient filter replacement options that make upkeep for the AirDoctor easy.

This AirDoctor review acknowledges complaints about the smell and odor, but these comments are quite rare. If you do encounter issues with your AirDoctor, you can fall back on the 30-Day Breathe Happy Guarantee for a full refund.

How complicated is it to replace filters? Do you have to take machine apart? Is the 5000 filter different than the 3000 filter? Or one size fits all?

Am looking for something to remove hydrogen sulphide from indoor air – created by emissions from nearby pulp & paper mill.
