What is Apt2B’s Shipping Policy?
Apt2B ships throughout the United States, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping is always free and you can upgrade delivery to White Glove Room of Choice + Assembly service for $99.
Most items are available for delivery within 5-10 days, but if you would like to know the item’s availability prior to ordering, you can contact Apt2B with any questions.
I should note that any damage or product imperfections must be clearly noted on the shipping documents at the time of delivery. You will be contacted to schedule a day/time for delivery once your product arrives at the delivery center near you. If you are NOT home at the day/time that was agreed upon you will be charged a 2nd attempt delivery fee equal to the cost of the actual delivery.

What is Apt2B’s Return Policy?
Apt2B believes in 100% guaranteed satisfaction for the customer. At the time of delivery, if you are unhappy with the product because of damage or imperfections, you can refuse the product.
The delivery team will return it for an exchange or refund with no restocking fee. If you refuse delivery and there is no damage, you are responsible for return shipping costs. This applies to no-fit items as well.
After delivery, you have 100 days from the date of delivery to return the product. You will be charged a minimum restocking fee of 15%.

I bought the Harper Sofa, Apt size, 74 inch. It is NOT a sleeper. It is beautiful looking and is the snowfall. Those are the PROS. CONS are that it is so hard, not comfortable to sit on at all. I don’t think I would buy another online sofa without sitting on it first. The reviews where really good and it was very expensive in my opinion for what I got. Again, probably would not do this again.
