About Cure Hydration

Cure Hydration Review

Cure Hydration is a company that’s looking to redefine how we hydrate ourselves. Most of us get our water transiently through iced coffees and mixed drinks, not realizing that we’re dehydrating ourselves even more in the process.

Thankfully, Cure Hydration’s electrolyte mixes can make drinking water easy and fun. The press can’t seem to get enough of them and neither can their 25k Instagram followers. Today, I’ll be looking at their products, the science behind them, and more in this Cure Hydration review.

Overview of Cure Hydration

Cure Hydration Review

The founder of Cure Hydration, Lauren Picasso, established the brand after she realized that she wasn’t the only person on the planet who was incredibly dehydrated. She often found that water alone wasn’t enough to replace electrolytes after her tough workouts but she wasn’t about to drink a sugary sports drink.

From there, she started Cure Hydration as a way to provide customers with electrolyte drink mixes that could help them recover without needing to use the added sugar and artificial ingredients that littered many other electrolyte drinks.

Interestingly, Cure Hydration based their recipe on the World Health Organization’s Oral Rehydration Solution, which is a medical grade formula designed for parents to help children suffering from acute diarrhea. The Oral Rehydration Solution, or ORS for short, has been tested and verified to hydrate with the same effectiveness as an IV drip.

What does that mean for you, dear reader? It means that one packet of Cure Hydration’s mixes can hydrate you to life-saving levels. Is that a bit hyperbolic? Perhaps, but it gets the point across that Cure Hydration’s formula alone is worthy of recognition.

Let’s look at what else is worthy of being recognized in the highlights section of this Cure Hydration review.

Highlights

  • Made with plant-based and non-GMO ingredients
  • Free from added sugar, sugar alcohols, and artificial sweeteners
  • The formula is derived from the World Health Organisation’s Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS)
  • FSA/HSA Eligible
  • Kosher and gluten-free
  • Free shipping on all US orders

Although my Cure Hydration review will mention some of the brand’s mixes, I won’t cover everything that they sell. However, I will tell you that they also make tea mixes and accessories like tote bags and water bottles.

Cure Hydration Hydrating Electrolyte Mix Review

This section of my Cure Hydration review will focus on some of the most exciting flavors that they offer. Before I get into the specifics, I want to cover some universal properties between all the drink mixes.

Each packet of Cure Hydration Hydrating Electrolyte Mix contains only 25 calories and has 0 grams of added sugar, which other sports drinks cannot match. They also all have bright and fruity flavors that can curb your appetite and make you want to drink more water.

Cure Hydration’s mixes contain these ingredients:

  1. Coconut water
  2. Pink Himalayan salt
  3. Lemon juice powder
  4. Non-GMO Critic acid
  5. Organic Stevia extract
  6. Monk fruit extract
  7. Fruit juice powder

You’ll notice that all of these ingredients are kosher, gluten-free, vegan, and non-GMO. A 14-pack of any flavor costs $23.

Adding a Cure Hydration Hydrating Electrolyte Mix to your day is simple. All you need to do is mix one packet with 16 ounces of water then shake it until the two substances are combined.

Cure Hydration Hydrating Electrolyte Mix Watermelon Review

This is probably my favorite flavor out of all the mixes in this Cure Hydration review. The Cure Hydration Hydrating Electrolyte Mix Watermelon has the light and bright taste of watermelon, making this a perfect mix option for the summer when all you want is to engorge yourself with melons.

A one-time purchase of 14 Cure Hydration Hydrating Electrolyte Mix Watermelon packets costs $23.

Cure Hydration Hydrating Electrolyte Mix Orange Review

Did you know that the average glass of orange juice has 8 grams of added sugar, which may not seem like much, but that it has nearly 110 calories as well?

Comparatively, the Cure Hydration Hydrating Electrolyte Mix Orange has 0 grams of added sugar and only 25 calories. Plus, it contains the essential electrolytes that your body needs.

That’s enough of a reason to convince me to swap out my morning OJ for a cup of Cure Hydration Hydrating Electrolyte Mix Orange. In fact, you can make 14 cups with one shipment that only costs $23.

Cure Hydration Hydrating Electrolyte Mix Ginger Turmeric Review

The final flavor I want to highlight in my Cure Hydration review is one that’s generally associated with detoxing

However, hydrating yourself has a natural detoxification effect, so why reach for an overpriced juice when you can go for the Cure Hydration Hydrating Electrolyte Mix Ginger Turmeric?

14 packets of these mixes cost $23.
