The company offers customers within the US standard shipping for a flat fee of $10 through FedEx Economy shipping. FedEx Economy shipping usually delivers within 7 – 10 business days.
There is also expedited shipping available through FedEx. Please note that Soft Surroundings cannot guarantee delivery times currently.
The expedited shipping choices are as follows:
- FedEx Ground Shipping: $13 for delivery in 3 – 5 business days
- FedEx 2nd Day: $18 for delivery in 2 business days
- FedEx Next-Day: $26 for delivery on the next business day
Orders are shipped out Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Items that are in stock usually ship out in 1 – 2 business days.

Soft Surroundings offers customers 60 days to return or exchange any purchases. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, as well as unwashed and unworn.
Please note that final sale purchases do not qualify for a return or exchange. Any customized or monogrammed items are also not eligible for a return.
