Needless to say, when a girl receives a box full of luxury skincare, she lets out a little squeal of delight. After trying the products out, that squeal turned into a gaping jaw when I saw the kind of results BABOR delivers.

As for me, I tested out three different kinds of BABOR’s ampoules and happily made my way through the 14-day Spring Egg, which is like an Easter calendar for adults. Read on to discover more about the sets and my experience.

BABOR LIFTING Set Review

The LIFTING Set was the first one I tried. If I hadn’t experienced the results myself, I don’t know if I would have believed them. I had been dealing with tiny white bumps underneath my eyes for several months. 

I had no clue what they were or how to get rid of them. After applying the 3D Firming ampoule in this at night, I woke up to find them GONE. My skin was also supremely soft and smooth, and the fine lines around my eyes were less visible. 

Needless to say, I religiously used the ampoules in this set over the next 7 days and saw plumper, firmer skin overall. I was surprised that though this set was specifically for LIFTING, containing 4 x 3D Firming and 3 x LIFT Express ampoules, the texture of my skin dramatically improved alongside firmness.

BABOR ENERGY Set Review

I’ll be the first one to admit that I don’t always get enough sleep. With a busy schedule, eating properly can be tough too. These are two major things that take a toll on my skin, leaving it looking puffy and dull. 

The ENERGY Set was right up my alley after a long week, and I loved that it contained a segmented series of 4 x Algae Vitalizer ampoules and 3 x Multi Vitamin ampoules.

Being in your 30s means that some days you have flawless skin, and the next you have a collection of blemishes that seemingly popped up overnight. I don’t have an active skincare routine that addresses blemishes, I just tend to ignore them until they go away on their own. 

When I tried the BABOR CLEAR Set, I happened to be dealing with a few random spots around the side of my face and on my forehead. Just to be clear, this set is ideal for people with blemish-prone skin, but it still helped me tackle the odd spots across my face.

I love that most of BABOR’s ampoules come in packs of 7 for a week of intensive treatment, but there’s something about a calendar packed with luxury skincare that really excites me. 

Popping open a door each day to see the mystery inside was a kind of thrill you don’t experience much as an adult. Instead of looking forward to candy, as you might have when opening a Christmas advent calendar, this special type of calendar reveals tiny vials of clinical-grade skincare.

BABOR Ampoules Review: Application

You will apply most of the ampoules the same way, and it’s highly recommended that you prep your skin with BABOR CLEANSING products and finish off with a BABOR moisturizing cream. 

To help give you an understanding of how your new routine works, I’ll break it down in steps for you below:

1. Wash your face with a BABOR Cleanser
2. Shake the first ampoule in your set (work your way left to right)
3. Use the ampoule opener to snap the neck of the ampoule open
4. Pour out the concentrate into your hand and smooth it over your face, neck, and décolleté
5. Pat the concentrate into your skin
6. Finish with a BABOR moisturizer (I highly recommend the Collagen Cream!)

Who Are BABOR Ampoules For? 

There is an ampoule in BABOR’s collection for just about every skin concern. The sets I was sent address common issues such as dull, tired skin, fine lines and wrinkles, and acne.

You know what I think about these products, but my opinion isn’t the only one that matters. In fact, consulting the masses is a great way to see how effective products can be across the board, so I made sure to include plenty of feedback in this section of my BABOR Ampoules review. The Spring Egg has a 4.7/5 star score based on 10 reviews. It’s one of the brand’s newer-released products but already has excellent feedback. Here’s what one shopper had to say about it in their BABOR Ampoules review:

I’m a big fan of sets and bundles because they let you try a range of different products. The Spring Egg is an obvious favorite because of this, but what’s more, customers saw a real difference in their skin while using it.

On LovelySkin.com, the Hydra Plus Ampoules garnered a 4.8/5-star rating based on 14 BABOR Ampoules reviews. One read:

So do I think they’re worth it? Most definitely. While I received these ampoules free of cost, I will 100% be ordering them myself.
