This mainly includes using recyclable fabric and maintaining a strict code of ethical manufacturing. Oh, and did we mention that J Ing donates a portion of its profits to notable charities?

No offense to Shein or Romwe, but there’s a sense of disconnect when it comes to fast fashion brands.

With the lack of company transparency paired with the incessant remarks of “hurry, buy fast!” scattered throughout their website, they might as well rudely snap their fingers at customers and demand cold-hard cash. Despite all of this, it’s refreshing to know that J Ing prefers a more sentimental approach to selling clothing.

Sustainably and ethically made, customers can relax knowing that they aren’t supporting any shady tactics. Plus, their designs are super cute, as J Ing offers a glamorous assortment of European-inspired apparel. If you’re not into ye’ old vintage, you’ll be happy to know that they provide an activewear section as well.

Moving forward, I’ll spotlight a few notable contenders that are worthy of a gram.

J Ing Emmalee Black Puff Sleeve Blouse Review

Thanks to Bridgerton and Autumn de Wilde’s rendition of Emma, regency fashion is now considered back in style.

Of course, not all of us are ready to jump into an empire-waist dress or a toddler-esque bonnet yet, which is why I recommend donning the Emmalee Black Puff Sleeve Blouse as a compromise.

With a romantic and dramatic silhouette, this gorgeous top bears a slight resemblance to the Victorian corset and the neck shawl.

Designed with sheer puff sleeves and a fitted black top, this is the kind of blouse you’d write poetry in. I mean, can you imagine wearing this number in a cottage-core house with a quaint cup of tea at your side? Best paired with shorts for a summer-inspired look, the Emmalee Black Puff Sleeve Blouse retails for $23. It’s worth noting that it originally sold for $30. 

J Ing Abigale Black Check Skirt Review

A tweed skirt from Chanel is well beyond the $1,000 price tag. As much as I adore haute couture, I can’t justify such an outrageous markup.

If you’re like me and are looking for plan B, the Abigale Black Check Skirt can act as an excellent substitution. Made out of quality polyester, this beauty features a pencil silhouette, white detailing, and pearl buttons down the sides. 

In need of some styling tips? If so, I recommend pairing the $28 Abigale Black Check Skirt with a cozy cardigan and a set of kitten heels.

If you really want to give off that elite, upper-class vibe, I suggest topping the look off with a designer bag. Fortunately, this stunning closet staple is currently on sale for just $20.

So, what’s the occasion? Are you looking to frolic in a field of flowers or prepping for an evening cocktail party? Whatever the event is, J ing clothing is home to hundreds of fashionable dresses. I’ll be sure to highlight a few for first-time customers. 

J Ing Dress Petal Pink Princess Review 

The Petal Pink Princess dress harbors the romance of cottage-core novellas, as well as the playful attitude of your childhood Polly Pocket. 

Bouncy, vibrant, and flirtatious, this summer-inspired number is fitted with puff sleeves, a shirred bodice, and a voluminous circle skirt. It’s also cut to be off the shoulder, which can help keep things breathable during humid afternoons.

Picture this: you’re on a scenic date at a 5-star seaside restaurant. The crash of ocean waves acts as tonight’s ambiance, and the smell of fresh seafood lingers in the air. 

To match its nautical theme, the Aurelie Blue Midi Slip dress should be your go-to choice. This simple beauty features a slim-fit cut, spaghetti straps, and a cowl neckline. Free of bells and whistles, it’s the type of dress fit for accessorizing.

This elegant number is made with stretch fabric, which is great for accommodating post-dinner food babies. In terms of add-ons, I recommend wearing a dainty silver necklace and black strappy heels to keep things simple. Price-wise, the Aurelie Blue Midi Slip costs $56.

J Ing Bottoms Review

From skirts to trousers, this brand offers an impressive selection of bottoms on its website. If you’re looking to complete your outfit, this section of my J Ing review will showcase a few of their top sellers down below. 

J Ing Ebrill Black Straight Leg Pants 

Just did yoga? If so, the Ebrill Black Straight Leg Pants can replace your well-worn pair of leggings. These casual bottoms feature a polyester, cotton, and spandex blend, which is great for on-the-go trendsetters.

With a high waistline, they come with a side slit for extra ventilation. This added detail results in a slightly bell-shaped silhouette if you’re not fond of super-skinny bottoms.

With a breezy and relaxed silhouette, these bottoms offer the comfort of pajamas while having the structure of an elegant pair of trousers. Fortunately, there’s no need to throw in the proverbial towel, as J Ing is considered a rare exclusion from the mess of fast fashion brands out there. They believe that trendy clothing can be reasonably priced and ethically made. For instance, the company utilizes recycled pet fabric to help mitigate waste.

In terms of core aesthetics, J Ing caters directly to trends made popular by social media. This includes cottage core, vintage fashion, and light academia. You’ll also find garments inspired by Asian style as well.
