Joymode is an American company dedicated to helping men improve their (sex) lives through supplements. They’re not low-quality, filler-laden products that rely on catchy advertising. Joymode’s sex, sleep, and testosterone supplements contain ingredients that meet the following criteria:

• They have been studied in peer-reviewed journals 
• The studies were conducted on humans
• Each ingredient was the subject of multiple studies
• Each ingredient had at least one study with a placebo control group
• All studies were either single or double-blind

Before I progress further into my Joymode review, I want to take a minute to tell you about some interesting studies involving sexual performance enhancers for men. It’s worth looking into these to figure out how – and why – they’re effective. 

• This study looked at how L-arginine can be used in conjunction with tadalafil to treat erectile dysfunction. 
• Another study examined how antioxidants can potentially aid male infertility.

So, let’s check what exactly those ingredients are. 

Arginine nitrate

Health Benefits 

Not every product that I’ll tell you about in my Joymode accomplishes the same goal. You’ll achieve certain benefits depending on which product you select.

Melatonin aids in improving sleep quality and onset while also assisting in managing jet lag and shift work sleep disorders.

L-Theanine, an amino acid primarily found in tea leaves, promotes relaxation by increasing alpha brain waves, thus inducing a state of calmness and improved focus. Both of these are found in the Joymode Sleep Support Complex.

Meanwhile, Joymode Testosterone Support Complex contains zinc, an essential mineral that supports immune system function, cell growth, and wound healing, as well as playing a role in reproductive health and testosterone production.

It also has DIM, which aids in supporting healthy estrogen metabolism, and Ashwagandha, which helps manage stress and promotes relaxation, which can lead to improved mood and overall well-being. 

Finally, the Joymode Sexual Performance Booster contains Panax ginseng for stress management. It can also enhance cognitive function and boost vitality. Vitamin C is also in the mix as it can safeguard cells from damage, bolsters the immune system, and aids in collagen synthesis for healthy skin, blood vessels, and bones. 

Moving to amino acids, the Joymode Sexual Performance Booster includes L-citrulline to improve blood flow, potentially enhancing exercise performance and cardiovascular health, while arginine nitrate, a combination of arginine and nitrate, may improve blood vessel dilation and flow.

3 Best Selling Joymode Products

To be fair, Joymode’s best-selling products are also the only products they currently have available, but that’s not a dig at the company or their sales. Instead, it better represents the company’s dedication to formulating top-of-the-line supplements. I’ll look closer at them in this section of my Joymode review. 

Joymode Sexual Performance Booster

The Joymode Sexual Performance Booster is not just Viagra under a different name. It uses fundamentally different ingredients (arginine nitrate, l-citrulline, Panax ginseng, vitamin C) to accomplish a similar goal – improving your erections without side effects.

Joymode recommends you take it as little as 45 minutes before sex, though you can take it as early as 4 hours prior. That is, if you have enough foresight. You can also take it every morning for sustained effects since it can increase blood flow and support heart health. As such, its benefits can carry over to other aspects of your life.

Joymode Testosterone Support Complex

Rather than the magical testosterone boosters peddled by bodybuilders and bros alike, the Joymode Testosterone Support Complex works to support the systems that can directly influence overall testosterone levels. It can provide you with more energy, a better mood, and improved stamina so that you can engage in whatever it is that increases your testosterone count. 

The Joymode Testosterone Support Complex uses ashwagandha, boron, DIM, magnesium, and zinc, each of which can impact your testosterone levels. Dosage is simple, too, since you only need to take three pills a day. A 90 capsule bottle is available for $53.

Joymode Sleep Support Complex Review

Of all the three products in my Joymode review, the Sleep Support Complex is the most affordable and requires the least dedication. It costs $39 for 60 capsules and you only need to take two pills an hour before bed. You don’t need to take them every night – only when you think you’ll need help falling asleep. 

This supplement contains a concoction of melatonin, tart cherry extract, l-theanine, and magnesium, all of which are individually included in other sleep aids but never before combined into one product. 

Not only can the Joymode Sleep Support Complex help you fall asleep more quickly, but it can also improve your overall sleep quality and have you feeling like a million bucks upon waking. 

Who Is Joymode For?

Every man wants to be a better man, but becoming one isn’t as simple as sleeping more if you have problems sleeping. Some men need help to solve their problems. Joymode is for those men. 

The brand is also for men who haven’t had much success with other erectile dysfunction medications like Cialis or Viagra. Joymode’s products contain different ingredients than those medications, so they’re a solid alternative. 

Joymode Reviews: What Do Customers Think?

While there were Joymode reviews on the internet, there weren’t an overwhelming number of them. Luckily, of those available, they were all quite positive. Each item holds an average score of 5/5 stars on Joymode’s website as of August 2023 and their Facebook has a 4/5 stars rating from 9 pieces of customer feedback. 

All of Joymode’s items received equal praise for their efficaciousness. It was common to read comments like this one about the Joymode Sleep Support Complex, “I don’t have a big problem falling asleep but I wake up all through the night. Got this product earlier in the week and it’s worked great over the last few days. Really happy with it.”

The Joymode Sexual Performance Booster was heralded for how quickly it worked even when not taken on a daily basis. Customers reported that they could maintain a powerful erection for long stretches of time with it. 

“Performing like I’m 25 again! From my experience, this is the only supplement that works as promised. Taken on an empty stomach it makes me ready in 15 min and performance is as good as 30 years ago,” said one shopper on the brand’s website. 

Even the Joymode Testosterone Support Complex was commended for its ability to improve erections, though it also helped customers regulate their mood and energy. 

“I’ve about finished my first jar of T support and becoming very pleased by my number of erections! Since getting Ed, it was no picnic!! But I can tell the difference since using your T support my ejaculate is so much stronger and really amazing! I’ve already signed up for monthly shipments~ I also showed your product to my PCP and she whole-heartedly approves of your product!! Keep up the good work, I know I will!” wrote another user. 

It wasn’t shocking to read that most Joymode reviews were written by customers who took the products for their sexual performance. What was surprising was how few of them left negative reviews. I didn’t come across any notable negative testimonials aside from some who have trouble contacting Joymode. 

There weren’t even many negative Joymode reviews on Amazon. The Joymode Testosterone Support Complex was rated 4/5 stars by more than 435 customers and more than 50% of them gave the product a 5/5 stars score. 

If there was one customer testimonial that summarized how shoppers felt about the brand, it was this one – “Noticed a stronger and firmer erection as well as heavier load during ejaculation.”

Is Joymode Legit?

Joymode lends themselves a ton of credibility by linking multiple studies for each of their ingredients. Though many companies say their products are tested and scientifically backed, few stick to those words like Joymode does. 

The fact that they hold their ingredients to such high standards – along with their unanimously positive customer review scores – shows that they’re a legitimate company. 

Is Joymode Worth It?

While Joymode is more expensive than other over-the-counter treatments, their ingredients label is clean and their products have received praise for their effectiveness. As such, I think they’re worth checking out if you don’t want to take prescription medication. 

Alternatives

The most common erectile dysfunction treatments are prescription phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE5) inhibitors, which include the following:

1. Sildenafil (Viagra): Sildenafil was the first PDE5 inhibitor to be approved for treating ED. It is usually taken 30 minutes to 4 hours before sexual activity and can last for about 4-5 hours.
2. Tadalafil (Cialis): Tadalafil has a longer duration of action compared to other PDE5 inhibitors. It can be taken daily at a lower dose or on an as-needed basis. The effects of tadalafil can last up to 36 hours.
3. Vardenafil (Levitra): Vardenafil is similar to sildenafil in terms of onset and duration of action. It is typically taken about 1 hour before sexual activity and lasts for around 4-5 hours.

However, there are some other ways to potentially alleviate issues with ED including exercising regularly, decreasing overall stress, and sleeping well. These are all easier said than done, sadly.
