Neighbor makes it simple to rent out an abundance of different storage spaces and allows renters to easily find you by searching for exactly what they need. It’s also an ideal way to earn passive income, since your storage space may otherwise be sitting there unused.
On top of that, Neighbor does all the work when it comes to collecting payments from your renter. Each month, Neighbor automatically charges their credit card on the renewal date, which is the same date each month as their start date.
