Reiss Reviews: What Do Customers Think?

Reiss Review

Given that this is such a well-known brand, with plenty of attention and respect beaming from all sides of the globe, it’s safe to say there’s lots of Reiss reviews to skim through.

A customer from Women and Home, a platform dedicated to all things quality and style, gave a fantastic 4.5/5 star Reiss review, speaking to their well-made apparel: “In a nutshell: very good, Reiss coats are exceptionally well cut, the fabrics feel luxurious to the touch and they wear well with repeated use. The linings are premium and feel well attached.”

The same customer mentions Reiss’ assembly, too: “Having given the pockets a good tug at the seams we don’t foresee holes appearing any time soon. Stitching is sturdy and neat, and the finishing hardware is luxurious.” All in all, a satisfied customer!

Another customer who left their 5-star Reiss review on TrustPilot made a point of praising Reiss’ apparel, delivery, and customer service: “Top notch delivery and returns service. I ordered a jacket. It arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit and I had to return it. The return service was excellent, convenient and prompt.”

Even though this customer dealt with a poor fit and return process, the feedback continued to be positive: “I was able to find a drop off point near to where I work. I dropped off the package on a Monday and the money was credited back to my credit card 2 days later on the Wednesday. Amazing service. Well done Reiss.”

And, as a cherry-on-top of this 5 star Reiss review, this customer compliments Reiss’ quality on items they own: “I have several items from this brand and they look beautiful and classy. I have recently started purchasing from Reiss and will continue to do so. I recommend Reiss, either in store, as a concession or online.”

Last but not least, this Reiss review from Humble and Rich gives insight to how consumers see the brand — regal, stylish, and well-made: “Reiss is a design-led brand and online fashion shopping site, able to bring the best pieces to men and women all over the world with their curation of fashionable, on-trend and hottest fashion items of today.”

Naturally, this company also has a handful of negative reviews, predominantly speaking to customer service issues or shipment delays. But, like any well-loved and globally reaching clothing company, it’s hard to nail it every time. Based on these reviews, Reiss is doing a pretty good job keeping the majority of their consumer base happy and impressed.

Is Reiss Worth It?

Reiss Review

Reiss is an established apparel company, there’s no doubt about it. But the big question is, are their prices based on heritage or quality? Well, I think it’s safe to say…both. The reviews regarding Reiss products are predominantly positive for both men and women, and their styles are full of modern style and variety.

It’s true, Reiss prices are higher than some entry-level clothing you can get for a bargain. But what the value and name Reiss offers really places quality over quantity when you invest in their brand.

Between their fine fabrics and ethical manufacturing practices, Reiss is still around due to their history and because they refuse to sacrifice the quality of their products. Go ahead and try the brand — there’s nothing not to love.
