What is Sunflow Beach Chair’s Shipping Policy?

One great thing about Sunflow is that it offers free ground shipping to the continental US for orders over $150, and also offers free shipping for their chair and beach bundle to Australia. Outside of this there is a small fee for Australia and US territories including Alaska and Hawaii.  

Once your order is placed, it could be up to 3 business days before the items leave the warehouse via FedEx. Shipping can take between 3-5 business days within the continental US, and up to 10 business days if you’re in Australia.

What is Sunflow Beach Chair’s Return Policy?

If you don’t truly love your Sunflow, you have a 14-day window from the day you receive your order to send it back for a full refund. For obvious reasons, your items need to be unused, with its original tags, and in the packaging it came in. To start the return process, you’ll need to reach out to Sunflow for a return authorization number through their returns portal.

The company does give you the option of shipping the item back at your own expense, or ask them for a return label (which will cost $20 within the continental US and $22 if shipping from Australia). This will be taken out of your total refund amount. If you’re returning the chair outside of the contiguous US, the cost falls to you. 

None of the above policies apply to Sunflow items sold by third parties.
