Let’s talk about underwear, shall we? I feel like it’s really not talked about enough. For instance, I’ve never had a friend recommend a brand of underwear they love to me, which is so strange because we wear them every day. Thankfully, we’ve got this Tani USA review. So let’s chat like girlfriends for a bit.
Maybe part of the reason we don’t talk about them has to do with how uninspiring our options for underwear are now. Are people even getting excited about underwear these days? I highly doubt it. Well, Tani USA hopes to change that.

Of course, if they did, customers wouldn’t need to replace their underwear every six months, which is definitely a perk. But, more importantly, they’ll know that they can trust what you’re selling and will want to invest in you because you’re willing to invest in them. Does this sounds too good to be true? Well, it’s not. It’s what Tani USA is all about.
Tani USA started as an e-commerce store and still thrives in the online environment. After all, technology is a huge part of their brand. Without it, they wouldn’t be the only undergarment company using their famous Micro Modal® AIR fabric.
Their designs include three main fabrics:
- Micro Modal® AIR fabric: This is a natural fabric designed to keep moisture away, and keep you cool and dry.
- Micro Tencel®: This is a fine fabric created in Europe. Made from Eucalyptus, it wicks away moisture 50% more than cotton.
- Swiss Cotton™: This material is woven on special knitting machines using exclusive, extra-long cotton from the USA and Egypt (only 3% of cotton worldwide makes the grade).
Tani only uses fabrics from OEKO-TEX® certified suppliers. Only labels that utilize non-toxic fabrics can qualify for this certification. So this ensures that all of Tani’s materials are chemical-free and safe for human wear.
Of course, we’d hope that every underwear company would meet such high standards, but this isn’t always the case. So I’m glad that my Tani USA review discovered that this brand is exceeding expectations.
Beyond that, Adam thinks that online shopping allows men to really regain ownership over their shopping experience. It gives them the chance to research styles and brands that express their personal style. Who says underwear shouldn’t be luxurious? Certainly not Tani USA. Their SilkCut Classic Boxer is ultra-comfy and very breathable. And since the high-quality fabric is 100% natural, not only is it super strong and durable, but it’s also biodegradable.
Even though they’re not made out of silk, the Micro Modal® Air material makes them feel silky soft. Plus, the 6% elastane ensures that these stretchy boxes will easily move with you and contour to your body. Truly, with all these amazing features, it’s easy to ask, ‘what more could you want in a pair of boxers?’

Alright, ladies, it’s our turn! Something that caught my eye instantly about this company is its love of basics. I don’t need anything too patterned or frilly—I just want comfort and flexibility—which is everything that Tani USA’s products are known for.

I feel like it’s maybe not socially acceptable to wear a slip out in public, but give me an LBS, leather jacket and some Doc Martens and I’m sold.

The price point does make their products slightly inaccessible for anyone on a budget, but if you can afford $20 for one pair of underwear and like the feel of ‘smoother than silk’ material on your skin, Tani USA may be for you!
What Sets Tani USA Apart?
Tani USA’s major selling point is its Micro Modal® Air fabric. They’re the only premium undergarment brand to use this material. Also, their products are finely knit in Europe and imported to the USA.
Their other materials, primarily the Micro Tencel® and Swiss Cotton, aren’t one of a kind like the Micro Modal® Air fabric, but they’re just as high quality in their own way. Plus, from the feedback we’ve seen online about Tani USA products, it’s clear that many believe that their undergarments are the most comfortable they’ve ever worn.
Tani USA Reviews: What Do Customers Think?
While researching for this Tani USA review, I wasn’t able to find lots of customer ratings online. But, the feedback I did find was positive. Many reviewers expressed that they adore Tani’s products and appreciate how comfortable their undergarments are.

I feel like you know you’ve reached your late 20s, or early 30s when you really start to care about things like your underwear. I’m at that age where I just want to be comfortable, but I don’t want to sacrifice a good fit, which became abundantly clear while writing this Tani USA review. Maybe I’m a little biased, but I think they’ve got something innovative to offer the market.
Tani USA is a brand that sells basics, so if you’re looking for anything intricate or sexy, they may not be the place to shop. Their colors are fairly limited too, and they don’t seem to offer options for plus-sized female bodies (a little disappointing, if I’m honest).
The price is also something that can’t be ignored. For instance, $20 for one pair of underwear isn’t realistic for everyone. After all, a luxury or premium brand is just that, a luxury.
That said, the investment they’ve made in their Micro Modal® Air fabric is very impressive, making it seem to be silk 2.0. Plus, with their 15-day try-on guarantee, I say why not give their products a try. You’ve got nothing to lose.
