Aventon Bikes Review

It’s the Spanish way of saying, “To give a ride” or “Push.” Taking inspiration from this definition, college mates Jianwei Zhang and Augusto Peraza III decided to turn their passion for cycling into an established business. Aventon is known for their high-performance electric bikes—displaying exceptional workmanship around low temperature painting, hand polishing, hydro-foaming technology, and flat position welding. Jianwei and Augusto have full control over their manufacturing, working hard to bring all of their favorite details together into their original creations.

They cater to cycling enthusiasts and aspiring athletes from all walks of life. A statement from the founders:

“We are passionate about bikes because we believe that bikes change lives through the freedom of mobility…Join us on our journey to innovate and create bikes that are accessible and affordable to more people. Your move.”

Looking to buy in the UK
Asked by Richard (6 months ago) Reply

I was looking to buy a Sinch model is anyone willing to sell to the UK?

Avoid Aventon. They are not as they appear
Asked by paul deleeuw (3 months ago) Reply

My 4 month old Aventon Pace 350 died, under warrantee. Aventon has cancelled their phone and chat support. That phone number does not get answered. They make no repairs and honor no warrantees.

Answered by Don (2 months ago) Reply

I am buying two bikes from them now and they just admitted on their chat line they are going to be at least 3 weeks late in a promised delivery.
However, their Web site still shows they are going to ship in three days. This is to sell more preorders. But you will not get your bike shipped in three days.
They have turned off their phone and they do not answer support online questions. They have total insulated communication from there customers for what ever reason.
They have some 3rd party tele marketers on their chat line that are totally useless.
I am still going to buy the bikes but would not buy on share of stock in this company as they won’t be around that long acting like this.
