About Base

Base Review

Brain fog, fatigue, and low mood are no joke, as anyone who’s dealt with them can tell you. They’re difficult to diagnose because while they affect daily functioning, there’s rarely one root cause.

That’s why I’m happy to present you with Base, a female-fronted company that provides accessible tests and solutions for customers.

Their at-home tests and long-term action plans have netted them over 21k followers on Instagram and a host of positive user testimonials.

My Base review will look at how their service works, who can use it, how you should it, and what customers think about the company as a whole.

Overview Of Base

Base Review

Base offers an at-home alternative to expensive lab tests. They give you the tools to assess your health at home based on your goals and symptoms. From there, they’ll tell you what to look for, what to improve, and how you can make those improvements.

The team behind Base testing seeks to improve people’s health by providing them with practical action plans. They take samples from customers and, rather than assault them with jargon, give them real-world suggestions they can make in their lives to improve their health

The Improvement Program I’m going to cover in this Base review attempts to find the middle ground between vitamin deficiencies, nutritional deficiencies, and hormonal imbalances by looking at your symptoms and suggesting specific lab tests.

Before I get into the details, allow me to cover some of Base’s highlights:

Highlights

  • Can be conducted at home
  • Easy-to-understand results
  • Blood tests and saliva tests are available depending on which test you select
  • All labs are CLIA and CAP certified
  • Free shipping
  • FSA & HSA accepted

In this Base review I will go through the brand’s 2-month Improvement Program and how it works.

If you know that you want to improve your health but don’t know where to begin then there’s a Base testing protocol for you. The brand offers a quiz that’s designed to help you identify your goals so that they can help you get started.

Base: How Does It Work?

Base Review

The Improvement Program is the brand‘s highly personalized program designed to uncover the root cause of your most persistent health issues.

It’s meant to help you improve nagging symptoms that don’t always require medical interventions. These include:

  • Weight management

It’s a custom 2-month program that combines the power of lab testing, 1:1 expert guidance, and science-backed solutions to provide a unique support system that puts the pep back in your step.

Here’s how the entire process breaks down:

  • You’ll take a quiz to pinpoint your concerns and goals
  • Depending on your preference, Base will either send you a personalized kit including either a finger prick or a saliva test or
  • or can collect your sample either at home or at a Quest Diagnostics facility

  • Get expert insights and 1:1 coaching designed to give you the accountability and support you need.
  • You’ll be able to re-test your biomarkers and track your progress over time and fine tune your action plan in the app

Base provides high-quality results, insights, and analytics based on your lab results. Your personal recommendations are precisely curated every month.

Who Is Base For?

Base Review

The people who will most appreciate Base’s services are those who are confused about their nagging symptoms or those who cannot easily get health advice from a professional.

Base Reviews: What Do Customers Think?

Base Review

Here are some average customer scores from Base reviews across the internet:

  • Apple App Store: 4.8/5 stars based on more than 25 ratings
  • Base’s website: 4.3/5 stars based on more than 240 ratings
  • Thing Testing: 3.5/5 stars based on more than 5 ratings

The positive Base reviews praised the convenience of the tests. People said that they could quickly figure out how to improve their health by making simple lifestyle and dietary changes.

One 5/5 stars review writer was particularly thankful for how quickly Base helped them decode what was up with their body. Here’s what they wrote:

so helpful! I have been feeling off for a while and these comprehensive tests have allowed me to not only understand what is up with my body but also how to correct it moving forward and keep tabs on the issues as I make corrections.

Another Base review echoed those sentiments. It read,  I literally signed up and received a kit in two days. I was pretty shocked to see how low my Vitamin D levels were. The results are simple and easy to understand and I like that I was recommended challenges to improve.”

I was especially impressed with the number of Base reviews that heralded the efficacy of the improvement plans. Tons of customers, like the one I’m about to quote, said that the plans were actionable, realistic, and effective.

After I started following their recommendations for both Energy and Focus I started noticing a significant improvement in the way that I feel. I slept better and had a lot more focus during the day.”

It appears that people are really happy with Base and what it has to offer.
