Please note that any pierced earrings as well as any swimwear that does not still have its hygiene seal intact are ineligible for return.
The brand advises that you hold onto your proof of postage receipt until your refund is processed, as the customer service team will be unable to process a return or exchange if a postage receipt cannot be presented.
