Click and Grow is always looking for ways to be more environmentally friendly, so they’ve recently changed up how to use the plant pods. Simply put the SmartSoil that you receive in your order into the capsules, and place them in your Smart Garden. 

What is the shelf life of the plant pods?

If you have an abundance of plant pods and want to save them, store them in a dark and dry area at room temperature and they should last up to a year. 

Does Click and Grow offer Warranty?

Yes, all products that you purchase on the Click and Grow website have a one-year warranty. If you experience any issues with your Smart Garden or any other product within the first year of purchase, simply reach out to the brand through the support portal

What is Click and Grow’s Shipping Policy?

If you sign up for a Click and Grow subscription, all shipping is free

For orders placed in the United States under $50, the shipping fee is $7. Orders over $50 have a $9 shipping fee. Orders over $500 are subject to a $30 shipping fee. The delivery time for orders in the U.S. is usually 3 – 8 business days. 

Expedited 2-day shipping is available in the U.S. for an additional fee of $36
