During my search for furniture, I often questioned the comfort of some leather sofas^[2]. With the Edloe Finch Finley Sofa, I didn’t.

Featuring gorgeous Brazilian top-grain leather and a durable kiln-dried hardwood frame. The cushions are filled with fluffy cotton and dense foam, making them the perfect combo of sturdy and soft—a combination I’ve found makes for easy lounging.

The sofa’s dimensions are 82”W x 33”D x 28”H, and there are no harsh chemicals or flame retardants on it. I think it’d be ideal for the basement lounge, allowing the whole family to settle in as the hockey game comes on TV.

Edloe Finch Lexington Velvet Sofa Review

I can’t help but “ooh” and “ahh” at the Lexington Velvet Sofa with its plush 100% polyester velvet^[3] cushions and a kiln-dried hardwood frame. Propped upright by stainless steel legs in a luminous gold finish, it’s the epitome of the luxury look.

My favorite part? The contrasting gold and green tones that give it class and retro style. 

The dimensions of this Edloe Finch green velvet couch are 87″W x 34″D x 32″H, and you can buy it online for the sale price of $1,095 instead of the original markup of $1,635. All that’s missing now is a cozy throw or cashmere blanket to snuggle up with. 

Edloe Finch Albany Sofa Review

In my experience, vegan leather couches look a little…plasticky. Not the Albany Sofa.

Made with rustic-looking vegan leather and a hardwood frame, it features removable seat cushions filled with high-density foam and mattress-quality memory foam. My personal daydream. And yes, I do daydream about sofas.

At 87″W x 34″D x 32″H, it’s decently large in size too. You can choose between stainless steel legs in a polished gold finish or walnut wood tapered legs. I’ve realized that versatility like this makes all the difference in finding the perfect look.

Edloe Finch sells this beauty for $1,225 (on sale from $1,429). If you’re looking for color inspiration, I think this couch would sit nicely atop a neutral area rug in light grey or muted blue tones.  

Edloe Finch Park Sofa (Vegan Leather) Review

This Edloe Finch vegan leather couch is the ultimate cruelty-free statement piece. With its removable distressed vegan leather seat cushions filled with mattress-quality foam and synthetic feathers, cushy is an understatement.

The Park Sofa is propped atop a wooden frame, which can be fit with your choice of steel legs in a brushed gold finish or a matte black finish.

If you’re moving into a new apartment, I suggest checking beforehand if the hallways are spacious enough to incorporate the 82”W x 35” H x 35” D piece. 

Get your Park Sofa for the sale price of $1,295, down from the original price of $1,599. To complete the decor, I highly recommend looking into the matching Edloe Finch modern leather lounge chair. 

Edloe Finch Lyra Cane Rattan Bed Review

Rattan is in for Summer 2022. Outside of this Edloe Finch review, I’ve seen it popping up everywhere—from handbags to shoes to furniture.

The elegant Lyra Crane Rattan Bed is handcrafted out of natural rattan, a type of material that’s used in wicker weaves. It features a wooden slat support system that doesn’t require a box spring. I love that it doesn’t contain any harsh chemicals or flame retardants either. 

You can find the Edloe Finch Rattan Bed in a queen size (62”Wx83”Dx46”H) or a king size (78”Wx83”Dx46”H) for the prices of $1,395–$1,695 respectively.

A cot this intriguing and beautiful is simply asking to be surrounded by potted plants. Might a suggest a tall, healthy fiddle fig leaf?

Edloe Finch Lyra 6-Drawer Dresser Review

The Lyra 6-Drawer Dresser is the product of functionality meeting style, don’t you think? The body is constructed out of acacia wood, while the 6 soft-close drawers are made of delicately-woven breathable rattan cane.

If you’re worried about complex assembly, don’t be, given that all you have to do is attach the legs to the bottom. No 72 screws and irritatingly tiny allen key needed.

Purchase the 6-drawer, 65” W x 19” D x 32” H Edloe Finch rattan dresser online for the sale price of $1,325, down from the original price of $1,899.

Of course, it would match perfectly with the Lyra Crane bed I mentioned above. I sense a tropical theme forming here—don’t forget the bird of paradise plant and jungle green duvet.

Edloe Finch Zoe Dining Table Review

I love it when function meets looks. Less of a piece of furniture and more of a piece of art, the Zoe Dining Table is crafted out of solid Indian rosewood, propped up by a steel base with a brass finish.

The 65”Lx35”Wx30”H table comfortably seats six people, and has naturally hewn edges that add extra flair and rustic character. 

This Edloe Finch small modern table sells for $799, down from $1,079. For those building their dining room from scratch, I found that the brand also carries a wide selection of chairs to tuck in. As the cherry on top, they’re all on sale. 

Edloe Finch Nora Dining Chair, Olive Green Review

Speaking of which…If you crave pieces that throw you back to the 80s, then I think the Nora Dining Chairs are the perfect additions to your kitchen or dining room.

The chairs feature solid wooden rattan backs and seats upholstered in olive green colored velvet fabric. 

The tubular steel frame allows for gentle rocking for a bit more fun and movement. With a retro look, they’re bound to inspire a conversation around the dinner table. Buy a set of two chairs for $313, on sale from $489. 

Edloe Finch Nala Coffee Table Review

Bring nature home with the Nala Coffee Table, a solid piece constructed out of 100% Indonesian teak wood that has naturally hewn edges and crack lines. I love the juxtaposition of the natural and industrial worlds, and I think this table does it brilliantly.

The wood top is supported by sleek and architectural steel hairpin legs, which elevate the natural element of the table into the realm of modernity. 

The dimensions of this table are 45″W x 30″D x 15″H. The design is so striking, it’ll captivate your guests the moment they walk into the room.

But for an added touch, I suggest placing it on top of a vegan sheepskin cut in a similar irregular shape to keep the vibe natural and wild, yet kind.

Who Is Edloe Finch For? 

While writing this Edloe Finch review, I didn’t get the sense that the company’s furniture and homeware are marketed toward a particular demographic.

The brand website features a variety of sofas, tables, desks, chairs, and more in chic, modern styles, and what’s more, their furniture is pretty inexpensive compared to market standards, which makes it even more accessible. 

One of the best scores you’ll find this year? I think so.

Comparison: Edloe Finch vs. Pottery Barn 

I’ve found comparisons to be incredibly helpful when choosing which store to shop with, so here, I’ll do a quick one between my featured brand and Pottery Barn.

Co-founded in 1949 by Paul and Morris Secon in West Chelsea, Manhattan, Pottery Barn was born after the brothers came across three barns full of pottery at the factory of Glidden Parker (the founder of Glidden Pottery). It’s currently headquartered in San Francisco, CA. 

Off the bat, I noticed several differences between Pottery Barn (PB) and Edloe Finch.

PB boasts a massive line of furniture and homeware essentials, has retail locations all over the US, Canada, and the Philippines, and ships to over 60 countries worldwide. As it has the advantage of having been in the business for 68 years longer, it’s more accessible and known than Edloe Finch. 

As for price points, Edloe Finch offers their 62″W x 32″H Albany Loveseat for the sale price of $895, down from $1,000. It’s made from distressed vegan leather.

On the other hand, the polyester-cushioned, engineered wood-legged Ember Upholstered Sofa from Pottery Barn retails for $899 if you opt for the 66” width (there are several options). 

To compare another item, on Edloe Finch’s site, I found that a set of two Boxwood Dining Chairs will cost you the sale price of $300, while on Pottery Barn, the Abbott FSC Acacia Barstool made of kiln-dried acacia wood retails for $399.

When it comes down to aesthetics, I think that Edloe Finch and Pottery Barn are again very similar. Those who are drawn to muted, natural colors and versatile furniture pieces will have a great time filling up carts at both stores.

As a final note, Pottery Barn also has some sustainability measures in place to appease green shoppers that my featured brand does not.
