Now for the meat of this FlexPro Meals review. Whether you choose this service for weight loss, muscle gain, or plain old healthy eating, they have a menu of 35 delicious dishes to choose from each week. 

Freshly made and delivered quickly, simply choose your favorites, heat them up, and enjoy. 

Kitchen boycotters, rejoice—there is never any cooking involved with FlexPro Meals. Since everything is pre-portioned and ready to eat, you can kiss grocery shopping goodbye too. 

Each week, your meals will arrive frozen (partially thawed is ok too) in a recycled box with gel packs to keep them cool. Either freeze your meals for up to 6 weeks or defrost them in the fridge, microwave them, and get eating. 

Offering a totally flexible service, FlexPro Meals has two meal box options:

1. Fat Trimmer Meal Boxes (300-400 calories per meal)
2. Lean Muscle Meal Boxes (500-700 calories per meal)

Meal Prep Box: super flexible. Allowing you to load up on single types of proteins, healthy carbs, and veggies, you’ll have control over the types of meals you make, but can have some extra help when wanted.

For example, you found some awesome fresh vegetables at the farmer’s market and are just looking to add some wild-caught salmon alongside for your dinner each night. Order up as many pieces of salmon as you like from the Meal Prep Box menu.

Now, this menu is a little more limited than the service’s main menu, but it still has a fantastic variety of proteins including fajita steak, cage-free egg frittatas, and different types of fish.

You can also pick your preferred carbs and veggies, giving you flexibility and control. 

Looking for something sweet? Hit up the Power Bakery and add on tasty favorites like monster cookies and fudge cake bites.

FlexPro Meals offers 2 different plans that are categorized by portion size. The more you order, the less each individual meal costs. Here’s what you can expect with either plan:

Their meals feature simple ingredients and can be adjusted for some allergy requirements. Keep in mind that this is a meat and fish-heavy plan though. Vegetarians and vegans won’t have many options. 

FlexPro Meals Reviews: What Do Customers Think?

Customer feedback will make or break a delivery company. Does their food taste good? Is it delivered on time? How do they handle customer complaints?

First up, let’s check out some feedback from Trustpilot. There, the brand has a 4.6/5 star score and 1,846 customer reviews that break down like this:

“Best macro-friendly meal prep service that I have found! Taste is great, always ships fast, and the customer service is quick and always helpful. [Customer Rep] has helped me in the past with updating my shipment dates so my meals will be here on time. Great company to order from!”

There seem to be a ton of folks who are pleased with the meals they get from FlexPro, but more so, the mentions of excellent customer service seem to be what makes them return. Let’s see if those same sentiments are found elsewhere.

FlexPro Meals has switched up their program a bit, so I’m assuming VIP means the 21 meals per week plan.

They’re right, at $178 it isn’t cheap, but it’s literally every meal you’ll eat that week, prepared, cooked, and shipped to your door. 

The peace of knowing exactly what you’ll eat that week and that you’ll enjoy it is worth a lot. Overall, the feedback I found during this FlexPro Meals review was consistently high.

Feedback is essential to this FlexPro Meals review, but as with any business, it’s never 100% positive. If it was, it would seem a little suspicious because mistakes happen no matter how hard you try to stop them. 

While there are just over 100 negative FlexPro Meals reviews on the Better Business Bureau, the brand has responded to 100% of them, giving them an A- score.

Does FlexPro Meals ship internationally?

The name of the game here is cooked food, which means that FlexPro Meals can only ship to certain areas. They deliver to all 50 states including Hawaii and Alaska but do not deliver to PO Boxes. Here’s what else you should know about shipping:

• It costs $5 to all contiguous states
• Orders to Alaska & Hawaii have a $25 shipping fee

While they allow purchases from Canadian credit cards, they can only ship to US addresses. 

What is FlexPro Meals’ Shipping Policy?

FlexPro Meals ships out meals Monday to Thursday every week. Your order will arrive Tuesday to Friday.

If you place your order on Monday-Thursday before 3 pm, it will arrive in the same week. If you place it after that date, it will arrive the following week. 

When your order does ship, FlexPro Meals will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to see where your order is on its way to you. 

What is FlexPro Meals’ Return Policy?

FlexPro Meals is built for longevity, but if you’d like to cancel your subscription, the brand says it can be done at any time. Keep the following in mind when canceling:

1. Wednesday is billing day — but you need to cancel your subscription before Monday
