The first item in this Go Hardwood review is a profound, earthy choice from Shaw.

The Go Hardwood Shaw Colt 3″ x 3/8″ Engineered Oak Saddle Premium is made from red oak. It’s 3/8” thick and has a scuff-resistant finish.

You can buy a square foot of this product for just over $2.

The Go Hardwood Mohawk RevWood Plus Elderwood 7 1/2″ x 54 11/16″ x 12MM Laminate Bungalow Oak Premium(16.93 sq ft/ctn) isn’t too bold, so it goes along well with more expressive furniture choices.

This product costs a hair over $4 per square foot.

Go Hardwood Torowood Brazilian Teak 3 1/4″ x 3/4″ Solid Natural Clear(22.75 sq ft/ctn)

The next item in my Go Hardwood review is a Brazilian teak flooring with a Janka rating of 3,540.

The Go Hardwood Torowood Brazilian Teak 3 1/4″ x 3/4″ Solid Natural Clear(22.75 sq ft/ctn) is thicker and sturdier than other hardwoods so it’ll hold up better under duress.

It’s also pricier than other options listed in this Go Hardwood review. The Go Hardwood Torowood Brazilian Teak 3 1/4″ x 3/4″ Solid Natural Clear(22.75 sq ft/ctn) comes in at more than $6 per square foot.

Go Hardwood Prefinished Shaw Century Oak 5″ x 1/2″ Engineered Coffee Bean Premium (15.80 sq.ft/ctn)

Here’s another red oak hardwood, but with a chocolatey colorway. The Go Hardwood Prefinished Shaw Century Oak 5″ x 1/2″ Engineered Coffee Bean Premium (15.80 sq.ft/ctn) has a rustic touch, recalling countryside homes with its dark color and cured finish.

You can install the Go Hardwood Prefinished Shaw Century Oak 5″ x 1/2″ Engineered Coffee Bean Premium (15.80 sq.ft/ctn) in one of three ways:

  1. Float
  2. Glue
  3. Nail

Regardless of how you install it, you’ll be looking at paying a bit more than $2 per square foot.

Go Hardwood Playsafer Recycled Painted Black Rubber Mulch (40 lbs/bag- 1.54cf)

Go Hardwood Playsafer Recycled Painted Black Rubber Mulch (40 lbs/bag- 1.54cf)
Go Hardwood Playsafer Recycled Painted Black Rubber Mulch (40 lbs/bag- 1.54cf)

Lastly, we come to the Go Hardwood Playsafer Recycled Painted Black Rubber Mulch (40 lbs/bag- 1.54cf)

This 40-pound bag contains rubber recycled from car tires. It’s great to line the floors of playgrounds or other dangerous areas. It can withstand the elements, including but not limited to the following:

  • Water
  • Ice
  • Cold
  • Dirt
  • Heat

Bugs and ants shouldn’t like it either because it’s just rubber. There’s nothing fancy to it; the Go Hardwood Playsafer Recycled Painted Black Rubber Mulch (40 lbs/bag- 1.54cf) is just a big ol’ sack of crumpled-up tires, but there’s beauty in simplicity.

You can pick up a bag for $13.

Go Hardwood Reviews: What Do Customers Think?

Go Hardwood Review

There weren’t too many aggregate Go Hardwood review scores online, but thankfully the ones I found represented an overall positive reception towards the company. Here are a handful of customer scores from various websites as of May 2023:

  • Houzz: 4.8/5 stars based on more than 5 pieces of customer feedback
  • Trust Pilot: 4.3/5 stars based on more than 270 pieces of customer feedback
  • Google Reviews: 4.3/5 stars based on 6 pieces of customer feedback

I should also note that Go Hardwood earned an A+ rating on Better Business Bureau.

Many of the Go Hardwood reviews customers left praised the company for their impeccable customer service. They said that Go Hardwood was quick to remedy any issues.

Great communication and follow up. One of the boxes was lost by the freight carrier and another was damaged. In contacting Go Hardwood they were very responsive and sent replacement items. Highly recommend this company for your flooring needs. I also had called around before my original order and they had the best pricing for product and shipping,“ wrote one customer.

Another buyer Go Hardwood review provided plenty of information about their experience with the company, complimenting the brand’s following qualities:

  • Prices
  • Fast & free shipping
  • Product quality

1) Shipping of samples and the full floor order were exceptionally fast; took only several days to arrive to FL. 2) We were quoted $2.99 per sq.ft. from a local store for the same floor we got for $1.94 per sq.ft on GoHardwood. 3) We paid nothing for shipping because we were able to pick up from a Mohawk terminal location. No damage to our order. Since we found the floors we liked in person, we were confident we’d like what we were ordering online.

That customer summarized their experience with Go Hardwood as such, “TL; DR: their price can’t be beat, the product is wonderful, and the service was excellent.

I’d also like to include another Go Hardwood review that echoed many of those points:

Go Hardwood is great. I got low prices and great service on the phone. The flooring I ordered was available for an easy pickup at a trucking terminal just as expected after cross-country shipping. I was impressed. The only negative I see is that the company’s return policy is very limited. I may have one box of flooring left over from my project, and I doubt that I’ll be able to return it.

Some negative Go Hardwood reviews mentioned subpar delivery practices, saying that orders took longer than projected.

However, many of these complaints were balanced by customers who wrote that Go Hardwood could track shipments. As such, customers recommended reaching out to Go Hardwood if deliveries were taking longer than expected.
