How Do I Measure Myself for Hebeos Dresses? Can I Ask For Custom Sizes?
To measure yourself for a Hebeos dress, you’ll need to measure three different areas. I’ll walk you through the process here:
- Bust: The fullest part of your bust
- Waist: Stick to your natural waistline
- Hips: The fullest part of your hips
You should wear tight clothes, or no clothes when measuring yourself. Be sure to measure yourself without wearing a bra.
You can totally ask for custom sizes, however, there may be an additional fee as Hebeos will need to create the dress specifically for you.
How Does One Take Care Of Hebeos Clothes?
Each Hebeos dress has a care guide on its product page. In general, you can care for yours by following these steps:

They will only offer a refund if the color you received was not what you ordered or if you cancel your order within 48 hours of when you placed it.
For color errors, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your order. It must be in its original condition. Cancellation only entitles you to up to 90% of your purchase amount depending on how quickly you cancel.
- Within 12 hours: 90% + shipping fees
- 12-24 hours: 80% + shipping fees
- 24-48 hours: 50% + shipping fees
- Over 48 hours but not shipped: 100% of shipping fees only
