About Kingston Brass

Kingston Brass Review

Kingston Brass is a go-to hub for some of the best faucets, showers, and bathtubs available. These aren’t your run-of-the-mill water pumps. Their items have a royal shine and polish that’s more fitting of a crown than something you use to help you brush your teeth.

This brand has been active for nearly 25 years, building up a large product selection. This reputation has earned them 12.9k Instagram followers and 32.3k Facebook followers.

In my Kingston Brass review, I will look at its products, prices, and services that have helped them become successful so you can decide if they are worth buying from.

Overview of Kingston Brass

Kingston Brass Review

Since 1998, Kingston Brass has been providing customers with some of the most captivating kitchen and bathroom products on the market. Their items are marked by their graceful designs. When you step into a washroom with a Kingston Brass faucet then you might feel like you’ve accidentally walked into a throne room.

This California-based company is about more than just making sights to behold. They strive to fill the gaps that most modern plumbing misses. They want to elevate the entire market by becoming a leader in quality.

They boast a product selection that includes up to 20k items. With all those faucets, sinks, showers, tubs, and more, you’re sure to find something that’ll suit your needs. What’s even more impressive is that they closely inspect every item as it goes through its development cycle. Kingston Brass puts every item they make under a microscope to make sure that it surpasses the “American market standard.”

This also means that their products can serve a wide variety of customers with different living conditions. Many plumbing companies only cater to one portion of the population, but I’m happy to report that Kingston Brass makes fixtures that anyone can put into their home.

The next section of my Kingston Brass review will briefly cover some of the brand’s highlights before getting into some of the brand’s best-selling products.

Let’s look at a few of the star products from these categories.

Kingston Brass Bathroom Faucet Review

Have you ever washed your hands in a classy bathroom and thought, “This place is nicer than my apartment?” More likely than not, that bathroom had a brass faucet. You’d be surprised how much a good faucet can improve the pedigree of a washroom.

As such, I’m going to look at some of the best Kingston Brass bathroom faucets in this section.

Kingston Brass NS7000AX 4 in Centerset Bathroom Faucet Review

The first faucet I’m going to cover draws inspiration from the black onyx stone. The Kingston Brass NS7000AX 4 in Centerset Bathroom Faucet may not contain onyx, but its brass and stainless steel have a serene finish that recalls one of nature’s most unique stones.

This faucet has more than just looks. It’s easy to install thanks to its centerset three-hole gripping system. That should cut down on the amount of grunt work required to turn your bathroom into a place you’ll actually want to hang out.

You can grab the Kingston Brass NS7000AX 4 in Centerset Bathroom Faucet for $330.

Kingston Brass KS3951PX Restoration Mini Widespread Bathroom Faucet Review

The Kingston Brass KS3951PX Restoration Mini Widespread Bathroom Faucet has a nostalgic design that resembles something right out of the late 19th century. It has a Victorian charm emanating from its handles and brass construction.

On the performance end of things, this faucet is no slouch. It has a 60 PSI spout rate, 1/2-14 NPSM connection, and its coating should prevent corrosion from occurring.

You can grab this Kingston Brass faucet in a variety of finishes, including polished chrome, brushed nickel, and antique copper.

The Kingston Brass KS3951PX Restoration Mini Widespread Bathroom Faucet costs between $220 and $330 depending on which finish you get.

Kingston Brass Kitchen Faucet Review

Now let’s turn our focus to the room in the house where all the magic happens: the kitchen. I will preview a few of the best-selling Kingston Brass kitchen faucets here.

Kingston Brass Gourmetier LS8773DL Concord Single-Handle Pre-Rinse Kitchen Faucet Review

Before I talk about how pretty the Kingston Brass Gourmetier LS8773DL Concord Single-Handle Pre-Rinse Kitchen Faucet is (I mean, just look at it) I want to talk about its functionality.

See, this faucet has multiple spray settings so that you can use the right amount of water pressure you need. It can also hit even the further corners of the sink due to its extending capabilities. This baby can extend up to 8”.

Let’s get back to its looks. It’s fair to say that this is one of the most gorgeous items in my Kingston Brass review. The brass finish and shape give off an Art Deco vibe. You can grab the Kingston Brass Gourmetier LS8773DL Concord Single-Handle Pre-Rinse Kitchen Faucet for $550. If brass isn’t your vibe, there are 6 other colors as well.

Kingston Brass Gourmetier LS8408DL Concord Single-Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet Review

There’s elegance and beauty in simplicity, as the next item demonstrates, the Kingston Brass Gourmetier LS8408DL Concord Single-Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet.

This faucet is an all-star thanks to its ability to pull out. Pull-out faucets are marvels thanks to their convenience. It’s refreshing to be able to hit all the corners of any dirty dish directly, which this faucet can do. You can aim its nozzle straight at any plate, choose between spraying styles, and rinse away any debris.

Additionally, thanks to its brass finish, this faucet should survive any decay that most faucets have to go through. Decay is mostly caused by water damage, but the bras can repel that and keep this faucet looking as fresh as when it first arrives.

The Kingston Brass Gourmetier LS8408DL Concord Single-Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet is available for $330 in 7 different finishes.

Kingston Brass Shower System Review

Allow me to return to the washroom for the last category of products I’m going to feature in my Kingston Brass review. These Kingston Brass shower systems are eye-catching enough that you might find excuses to shower more often.

Kingston Brass KB6632CMLSO Manhattan Tub & Shower Faucet Review

The main thing I adore about the Kingston Brass KB6632CMLSO Manhattan Tub & Shower Faucet is its pressure valve. It can protect the water from rapidly jumping or descending in temperature so you shouldn’t suffer from any hot or cold spikes. As someone whose showers are like mini-meditations, this is greatly appreciated.

Beyond that, this Kingston Brass shower system is easy to install and fix if needed. You attach it using screwdriver holes. Additionally, it’s only a nozzle and a handle, so there isn’t much to it.

You can grab the Kingston Brass KB6632CMLSO Manhattan Tub & Shower Faucet for anywhere from $240 to $300 in one of four finishes.

Kingston Brass CCK6172 Vintage Wall Mount Rain Drop Shower System Review

The final item I’m going to highlight in my Kingston Brass review is the most decadent. It can transport you to far-off vistas with its splendor, making you believe that you’re showering in King Midas’ washroom rather than a four-bedroom apartment that you share with your annoying roommate.

The Kingston Brass CCK6172 Vintage Wall Mount Rain Drop Shower System can do this with its elongated shape and regal touches. It has 91 channels to drop water meaning it’s closer to standing out in the rain than a typical shower.

Additionally, this Kingson Brass shower system has a hand-shower extension that can reach up to 60” so you can hit the parts of your body that you really should be washing more.

The Kingston Brass CCK6172 Vintage Wall Mount Rain Drop Shower System costs anywhere from $1,390 to $1,940 depending on which finish you select.

Who Is Kingston Brass For?

Kingston Brass Review

The items I’ve covered in my Kingston Brass review will be best appreciated by those who enjoy the finer things in life.

Though their prices are rather fair, their designs are classier and more unique than what other companies offer. That’s why Kingston Brass is a great place to shop from if you want to add some flair to your washroom or kitchen.

Kingston Brass Reviews: What Do Customers Think?

Kingston Brass Review

With no reviews on the official website, I turned to other websites to find out what customers have to say about these products. I gathered scores of some of my featured Kingston Brass products on Amazon. This should give you a good idea of what customers think about the brand over there.

  • KS3951PX Bathroom Faucet: 4.3/5 stars after 23 ratings on Amazon
  • LS8773DL Concord Kitchen Faucet: 4.5/5 stars from 20 reviews on Wayfair
  • LS8408DL Concord Kitchen Faucet: 5/5 stars after 2 ratings on Amazon
  • CCK6172 Vintage Shower System: 4.5/5 stars from 47 reviews on Wayfair

It seems the products I featured are doing quite well! And since I know that when people are looking for brand reviews, they always want to see the numbers. So I’ve also put together a few aggregate scores from other websites:

  • Wayfair: 4.6/5 stars based on thousands of pieces of customer feedback
  • SiteJabber: 3.2/5 stars based on 2 pieces of customer feedback

The positive Kingston Brass reviews that I came across touted the consistent weight and visual flair of the products. Not only were the items described as elegant, but they were also regarded as being solid and sturdy.

This is especially important when it comes to faucets. You don’t want to install a showerhead that will snap under the pressure from the water. That wasn’t the case according to most Kingston Brass reviews I read.

Most of the time, they went something like this: “Exactly what I was looking for — from the vintage feel to the substantial materials (brass).”

Thanks to their high quality, customers also loved these products’ longevity: “One year after initial review – this unit still looks great, works great. Have had absolutely no problems with it. Great faucet.

Another common point that most customers mentioned in their reviews was the easy installation. It seems like I couldn’t read through three reviews without reading someone mention how easy these items were to install or replace.

One customer said: “These are good quality for the price and were easy to install. We bought a set for the hall bathroom several years ago, and loved them so much, we just bought another for our master bedroom. If you have really hard water (as we do), I recommend following the instructions for their care.”

Sadly, there were a couple of criticisms that I have to mention. First, some customers had issues with the darker finishes not looking the same as in the photos. This is a subjective take, so take this with a grain of salt. The other complaint was about Kingston Brass’ customers with some customers complaining about a lack of communication between them and the company.

Despite these complaints, the overwhelming majority of reviews I read couldn’t say enough about how much they loved Kingston Brass and their new fixtures. It seems that these products greatly improved customers’ kitchens and bathrooms.

Is Kingston Brass Legit?

Kingston Brass Review

I’m going to give Kingston Brass the benefit of the doubt. Although there were a few complaints about their customer service and communication protocols, they held a high enough average score across various websites that I feel like you can trust them.

Is Kingston Brass Worth It?

Kingston Brass Review

I believe that Kingston Brass is worth it depending on what you prioritize in a faucet. The longevity and visual design of their products are what separates them from every other similar brand on the market. If that’s what you’re looking for then you should shop with Kingston Brass.
