No Scrapbook review would be complete without feedback, so for this section, I set out in search of comments and ratings from around the web. Ahead, you’ll read what I found, starting with some scores from the brand’s site for my featured items:

The first Scrapbook review I’ll look at is for the Beyond the Sea Collection: “This is the most amazingly beautiful Collection of Sea-related cardstock ever made. The quality is excellent. Looks like watercolor paper. The stamp set is really nice too, as are the stickers.”
First off, I love that Scrapbook offers collections. Multiple types of products in one type of set make life easier and helps introduce you to new mediums you may not have picked up otherwise. But it’s not just the type of products that the brand sells, it’s their quality, and from all of the comments here, it’s clear that a lot of buyers agree.
With that said, let’s check out what shoppers have to say outside of the brand’s website. On Trustpilot, Scrapbook averages 4/5 stars after 14 reviews. With the scores a little more divided on Trustpilot, the brand’s overall rating is still great. What do shoppers like so much about it? This Scrapbook review tells all:
“This is by far the best scrapbooking/stamping online store, first and foremost for their immaculate and friendly customer service. They also have great prices, coupons on a daily basis, huge selection of brands and items, very friendly interface, super fast international shipping with reasonable fees. I’m sure the US shipping is the same.”
I mean, you can’t get more detailed than that. This comment literally sums up everything I’ve noticed and love about the brand and it backs up other reviews we’ve already been through. So far, Scrapbook.com is shaping up to be an excellent site to shop with.
Let’s check in with one more Scrapbook review to be sure. This time, I headed over to a website called Shopper Approved. There, the brand has a 4.8-star rating from over 474k customers. That’s a lot of customers, so let’s see what some of them had to say.
The comments on Shopper Approved are all pretty short. The one I could find with the most detail read: “I love that, when what I wanted was discontinued, you showed me other options. Also, your shipping rates are good AND you have PayPal!”
Another simply stated: “Always pleased with prompt service.” From these two reviews, we can see that Scrapbook provides great service whether it’s by helping you find what you need or delivering your order on time. But truly, this brand scored high no matter which source I looked at.
Is Scrapbook Legit?
No matter what you’re ordering online, you want to know if it will arrive on time and is of good quality. Those are two things I made sure to suss out while writing my Scrapbook review, checking in with the brand’s profile on the Better Business Bureau, and throughout many comment sections.
It turns out, Scrapbook doesn’t have any red flags. It doesn’t have many issues at all. On the BBB, it not only has an A+ score but it’s only received one complaint in the past three years despite being such a big company. While not every single comment I read was positive, there were no repeated issues among them. All signs are a go.
