About Sit n Sleep

Sit n Sleep Review

If you don’t get a good night’s sleep, it can cause a bad domino effect throughout your entire day. And since we spend about one-third of our days in bed, why wouldn’t you want to do it in absolute comfort? The thing is, mattresses aren’t exactly something you can always get on the cheap (or shouldn’t). Well, Sit n Sleep is here to change all of that.

An American furniture and mattress company that specializes in selling top name brand products at the lowest possible price, it’s really made a name for itself. With features in the LA Times, great Sit n Sleep reviews, and a growing Instagram following, this former mom & pop-style business now has countless stores across the US.

And with anything in life, can this company live up to the hype of an amazing night of sleep? Well, my Sit n Sleep review will take you through the company policies, FAQs, and customer feedback so you can make an informed decision on whether their mattresses can help you catch your zzz’s.

Overview of Sit n Sleep

Sit n Sleep Review

Founded by Larry Miller and his dad in 1980, their humble start helped give them the drive to keep going, despite struggling for the first 15 years. They started out selling daybeds and futons (because Larry had slept on some in Japan), and found a niche market for it in the US.

As this company flourished, so did their products, and now they have locations all across the states. I’m sure you’re curious how this company stacks up against the others so let’s get started with some highlights:

Highlights

  • Huge selection of name brand mattresses
  • Multiple locations all over the US
  • Free shipping on orders over $399
  • 120 night sleep trial
  • Financing options available
  • Bed match for the best sleep
  • Most products come with great warranties

With such fantastic highlights, I know you’re probably curious about what else this company can do for you. That’s why I’m going to steer this Sit n Sleep review into their best sellers list, where you’ll get to check out their furniture and mattresses that are super popular with customers.

Sit n Sleep Reviews: What Do Customers Think?

Sit n Sleep Review

I totally understand buying a mattress is both an expensive and intimidating experience. That’s why for this Sit n Sleep review I scoured the internet to discover the highs and lows of this brand, and figure out what exactly they’re all about. I wanted to know how they’re doing, what they’re up to, and how customers feel about their products.

This is what they had to say!

Consumer Affairs has a huge showcase of Sit n Sleep reviews, 297 to be exact and with a 3.7/5 star rating, where a customer had this to say about the brand:

“Very good experience. They observed Covid protocols by giving us a pellon sheet to place on the beds before laying on them. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. We weren’t planning on a purchase that day, but did so anyway. Delivery was spot on! Arrived and set up right on schedule.”

Meanwhile, on the online platform called Mattress Nerd, there’s a feature on Sit n Sleep, where they gave this company a fantastic review regarding their service and products: “Sit ‘n Sleep is a mattress superstore with locations primarily in Southern California. Despite it’s small, localized footprint, Sit ‘n Sleep carries recognized name brands.”

Finally, with 707 customer Sit n Sleep reviews on Yelp, and an average of 4.5/5 stars, I found this top notch feedback:

“I went into sit n sleep two months before I signed my lease and needed a new mattress. Casey helped me out initially and the 3 or 4 times that I returned. He was always helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable knowing that when the time was right he was my guy. I did not feel pushed or pressured ever.”

It turns out if you’re buying a mattress from Sit n Sleep, you’ve got nothing to worry about. Between their in-store and online practices, friendliness, knowledge of their products, and their established brand, they’re the ones you might want to turn to if you need to lay your head down on a well-priced new mattress.
