Custom orders can be canceled as long as you do so within 48 hours. After that point, you will be charged a 20% fee if your item has not been shipped yet. After 2 weeks, your item cannot be canceled or returned.
So you’ve received your item but want to return it? You have 7 days to start the process. Here’s everything else you should know about the policy:
- All items must be in their original packing with double boxing
- You must insure your return shipment
- Send an email to [email protected] and ask for a return merchandise authorization
- Once Manhattan Home Design authorizes your return, you must ship it back in 2 business days
- Once shipped, send the return tracking number to [email protected], otherwise, your refund cannot be processed
- Once your item has been inspected and approved, you will receive your refund minus a 25% restocking fee
