Cancel NatureBox Membership

Our NatureBox subscription review showed us that cancelling is no stress. To cancel your NatureBox account:

1. Reach out to the Snack Concierge (available Monday-Friday online 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PT)
2. Look for the Contact us button at the top of the page
3. If you’re contacting the team outside of business hours, send an email to support@natureboxcom or through the contact us form and a snack concierge will get back to you

Note that NatureBox subscribers wishing to discontinue the service must make these changes at least 3 days before the billing date, otherwise, you’ll be charged for another month. 

NatureBox Shipping Policy

NatureBox ships domestically within the US (including military addresses) and to Canada. Tracking information is provided through email. After an order is placed, allow the warehouse 2 business days to pack your snacks. 

All orders in the US above $25 qualify for free Standard Shipping through FedEx Smart Post, which takes an additional 5-7 business days to arrive. Expedited Shipping is also available through USPS Priority, with delivery taking another 2 business days. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands or Palau, expect to receive your order in 10-15 business days. 

Orders to Canada are shipped through FedEx SmartPost and arrive within 5-7 business days. With international orders, there may be unexpected delays, which may result in longer ship times. 

NatureBox Return Policy

Due to food safety reasons, NatureBox is unable to accept returns once the package has left the warehouse. If you are dissatisfied with a snack, let the team know within 90 days of purchase and it will be replaced in your next box.
