What is Numi’s Return Policy?

Before buying from any company, the return process should be looked into. Who wants to make a purchase and later regret being unable to get money back? Luckily, Numi offers a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

There are some exceptions to the list regarding what can and cannot be returned for a full refund. Included specifications are:

Are the requirements all met? Then the process can carry on. To kickstart a return, customers must follow a few simple steps:

1. Canadian customers visit the return portal, while US customers email customer service their intent to return or exchange
2. Once the request has been submitted with the order number and item being returned, instructions with the address will be sent to the email address linked to the order
3. Repackage the items in original packaging, ensuring they’re unworn, unwashed, and have all the original tags
4. Ship it out and wait for the refund

Unfortunately, shipping cost won’t be refunded by Numi, but all Canadian and US returns are free and customers will receive a pre-paid label. Refunds can take up to two weeks, so be patient before contacting customer service about any potentially missing money. It’s on its way.

Exchanges aren’t a great process, so the company recommends returning the original and just reordering in a new size. If the exchange or return is a result of damage or defect, contact customer service with the order number and pictures of the product. 

The Warranty covers defective items for 5 days after delivery, so be sure to check out the pieces as soon as they arrive for money back.

Last note, currently no international returns are available. Only the US and Canada have access to that service for now.
