Safavieh Reviews: What Do Customers Think?

Would a Safavieh review really be complete without customer feedback? I don’t think so. That’s why for this section, I set out in search of comments and ratings around the web. Here’s what I found as of May 2023:

• Wayfair: 4.5/5 stars from 72.8k shoppers
• Facebook: 3.6/5 stars from more than 100 shoppers
• Houzz: 3/5 stars from more than 10 people

Most of the feedback was positive from what I found. Here’s one Safavieh review that sums up customers’ common opinions:

“We received delivery of our new bedroom set and were extremely satisfied with the quality of the furniture and the delivery team. Alex and Carlo were just outstanding and extremely accommodating with our delivery and they went above and beyond to meet our needs.”

In general, buyers seemed pleased with what they got from Safavieh, though there do appear to be some that received the wrong product. In cases like this, a Safavieh review from Houzz explains how the brand handles mix-ups:

“I had to return an item that arrived broken. I emailed the company and got an immediate and helpful response.”

Checking out the Brentwood Area Rug on Google, customers say that it’s well made and substantial. Available in a few different patterns including the one I featured here, people seemed to love the look of the one they ordered. One Safavieh review read:

“This rug is beautiful! The colors are gorgeous, and though the price point is low, it looks and feels expensive and high quality. It’s also super soft.”

Others say there is a slight color variation from the one pictured online, but in the end, the majority of folks were really pleased with the look and make of their order. This kind of feedback appeared to be standard for most other products sold on Wayfair.

Is Safavieh Worth It?

Let’s look at the facts: Safavieh makes absolutely gorgeous furniture and decor, there’s no denying that. Customers say that it’s indeed high-quality and well-made.

Since you can’t shop directly online with Safavieh, you are at the mercy of other retailers and their shipping and return policies. With that said, you can pop into the brand’s showroom in New York to shop directly. All things considered, judging from the quality and look of the brand’s furniture, I think it’s definitely worth it.
