Overview of Shapellx

Shapellx Review

No matter our size, we all have trouble areas. Ones we wish didn’t show underneath slinky dresses, or would somehow magically get bigger or smaller. While we work on crushing our goals at work, home, and in the gym, it’s always nice to have a piece of gear that you can count on to help you feel your best.

Shapewear isn’t about deception, it’s about accentuating features. You’re beautiful just as you are, but like push-up bras, makeup, or fake tanner, some items have the wondrous ability to increase our confidence. This fact rings true with shapewear, and especially Shapellx.

Created in 2019, the brand believes that “you already have what it takes to conquer the world,” you just need to realize it. And if it takes a boost in confidence to do so, then why not wear something that makes you feel invincible?

Offered in sizes XS-6X, Shapellx is about inclusivity and helping everyone, no matter their size, feel good in their own skin. And speaking of feeling good, the brand has recently added a sustainable line to its collection, made from biodegradable materials.

Though located in California, the brand ships worldwide. Before we get into some details about its collection, this Shapellx review will first give you a rundown of its pros and cons.

Shapellx Review

Looking good in shapewear is one thing, but what if while you wore it, it was benefitting your body in the long run? Shapellx’s best-selling shapewear, featured below, not only accentuates your body but also works with it to create slimming results over time.

Shapellx CoreSculpt™ Extra Pop Ultra Body Shaper Review

Designed to accentuate your God-given gifts, the Shapellx CoreSculpt Extra Pop Ultra Body Shaper smooths, contours, and lifts. It produces an hourglass shape thanks to the three fabric layers in the torso that keep things looking tight and toned.

The body shaper has helpful features like removable shoulder straps, an open crotch, and added silicons at the top to stop it from sliding down throughout your day.

Made from a comfortable moisture-wicking fabric, the CoreSculpt Extra Pop Ultra Body Shaper comes in beige, black, and coffee. It’s on sale right now for $83, normally $138.

Shapellx AirSlim® Butt Hip Enhancer Padded Shaper Review

The AirSlim line is all about smooth lines. This enhancing shaper boosts the look of your butt while slimming your waist for that coveted thicc silhouette. (We’re looking at you, Kim K.)

Removable hip pads add a little something extra to your shape. Think of them as the equivalent of a push-up bra—you’re simply showing off your assets. Plus, you can skip the BBL.

The hook and eye closure in the front is easy to fasten and provides a tight, but comfortable fit. Available in black and beige, the Shapellx AirSlim Butt Hip Enhancer Padded Shaper is $112.

Shapellx NeoSweat® Double Power Waist Trainer Review

It’s always a bonus when a product that does good, looks good. The Shapellx NeoSweat Double Power Waist Trainer creates a slim silhouette. As you lose weight, it can be tightened more to keep the results coming.

The tight fit also helps to reduce your appetite, meaning you’ll stick to your diet and reach your goals quicker. This waist trainer has steel inserts, a zipper closure, and double Velcro belts to make sure it doesn’t budge during workouts.

Offered in black or rose red and made from latex for high levels of resistance, this body-shaping trainer can shrink your waistline by three sizes. Get it on sale now for $83, regularly $138.

Shapellx NeoSweat® 3-In-1 Thermo Active Fat Burner Review

Perhaps Shapellx’s most high-tech item, the NeoSweat 3-in-1 Thermo Active Fat Burner takes no prisoners. With a slimming effect, this fat-burning contraption heats up, targeting fat and cellulite around your thighs and abs, and helping you sweat it out.

It comes in red or black and can be worn around the house, to the gym, or when you’re out for a walk. Strap this baby on any time you want a little boost in your activity results.

With a toning effect, this Shapellx waist and thigh trimmer slims your waist, thighs, and hips while lifting your butt for a better-looking shape. Adjust the three Velcro straps to your liking to stay secure and ready for whatever challenges you face in your workout.

See the results with the Shapellx NeoSweat 3-in-1 Thermo Active Fat Burner, on sale now for $114, normally $200.

Shapellx NeoSweat® 3 in 1 Tie Dye Workout Mix Review

A Shapellx exclusive, the NeoSweat 3 in 1 Tie Dye Workout Mix blends a modern print with the brand’s signature fat-busting gear.

Using heat technology to increase sweat and burn fat in problem areas, this Velcro number can be adjusted to your preferences and gives support during workouts. Made from latex-free neoprene, this suit heats things up, increases circulation, and spot-trains your waist and back to give you a contoured shape.

It also pulls its own weight in the gym by providing back support. And, it comes with an Arm Trimmer to help tone your arms.

Choose from one of four color themes: ocean, neon, cheetah, or camouflage. The NeoSweat 3 in 1 Tie Dye Workout Mix is currently 50% off. Get it for $151, regularly $302.

Who Is Shapellx For?

Shapellx Review

Shapewear seems to have the magic ability to contour bodies and smooth out any lumps or bumps that show under clothes. But, Shapellx goes beyond what basic shapewear can do.

This brand’s products have been engineered to shrink your waistline and give you an hourglass shape. Some of its items even help you to burn fat.

Shapellx is ideal for anyone who wants to define their waistline, add curves to their body, or wants a boost during their workouts. In short, it’s a brand designed for curvy and confident women who want to enhance their bodies, boost confidence, and crush goals.

Its shapewear isn’t restricted to any age or size (from XS-6X), but due to the way the female body changes until the late teens, we wouldn’t recommend the brand for anyone under 18.

The brand says that the Shapellx girl is “glowing from within and feels comfortable and confident in her own skin.” She’s the hard worker, the new mom, the one who needs more out of her shapewear.

Comparison: Shapellx vs. Shapermint

Shapellx Review

Shapewear is more popular than it has ever been. Loved for the way it can transform the female figure, there have been quite a few brands popping up on the scene that do things similarly to Shapellx. But yet, our featured company is like no other one we’ve come across.

To help show you how it stands out from the crowd, we’re going to put it side-by-side with competitor brand, Shapermint.

Shapermint is a highly rated company that carries a selection of shapewear brands. Its collections extend from bodysuits to leggings, bras, tanks, and underwear. Offered in nude and black hues, the colors differ depending on which brand you’re looking at—and so do the prices.

Let’s take a look at one of each of the brand’s similar products, starting with the Shapermint Empetua Open Bust Bodysuit Shaper Short. Offered in black or pale nude, this bodysuit costs $27 right now, but is normally $68. It’s carried in S-3X sizes, has a smooth, seamless construction, and has a 4.5/5 star rating.

Changing gears to Shapellx, the CoreSculpt Open Bust Tummy Control Bodysuit looks to be a little more structured. The material appears to be thicker, and you can see where control panels on the tummy have been added.

Shapellx’s product is available in sizes XS-6X, in black or dark beige, and claims to be able to help with posture and ab compression. This bodysuit is $96, normally $138, and has a 4.9/5 star rating.

More than double the price, but also double the construction. Our featured brand is the clear winner here when it comes to quality. It also offers more in terms of shapewear with added purpose, like the Shapellx waist trainer.

Its selection is larger and the overall vibe is more elite, unlike Shapermint’s which is very department store-esque. That’s not to say the competitor brand’s selection is poor—it has great items for awesome prices, but it just doesn’t offer the same high-quality look.

Shapellx Reviews: What Do Customers Think?

Shapellx Review

Customer feedback has become one of the most important tools online shoppers can utilize, and frankly, no Shapellx review would be complete without it. Feedback can alert shoppers of amazing value and effectiveness, but it can also help flush out product defects and poor customer service.

We’ve compiled a handful of helpful customer comments about Shapellx that reveal what the brand’s shapewear products are really like. Below, you’ll find testimonials from the company’s site, the BBB, and Trustpilot.

First, let’s take a look at a few ratings of some best-sellers on Shapellx.com:

  • Neo-Sweat 3-in-1 Thermo Active Fat Burner: an average of 4.9/5 stars from 955 reviews
  • Neo-Sweat Arm Sculptors: an average of 4.9/5 stars from 90 reviews
  • CoreSculpt Hourglass Full Body Shaper: an average of 4.8/5 stars from 530 reviews
  • NeoSweat 3-in-1 Tie Dye Workout Mix: an average of 4.9/5 stars from 217 reviews

The Neo-Sweat 3-in-1 Thermo Active Fat Burner looks to have the most reviews, plus, we’re intrigued to find out how its claims hold up during use. One of the most important aspects of weight loss is activity and sweat, things customers say this full-body fat-burning Shapellx waist and thigh trainer helps you to do.

A happy customer said, “As soon as you put it on you feel heat and sweat. I wear it while I’m working out and when I say it makes you sweat!!!” Happy is an understatement here, and we’re glad to hear that the technology checks out.

What about the negative reviews? There actually aren’t any that rated the fat burner at under 4/5 stars, but we weeded through them to see if there were any common issues.

The only one we could find was in regards to putting it on. One 4/5-star Shapellx review revealed that “after many uses I need help to cinch it tighter.” If you can’t get it on, then it, of course, can’t do its thing.

We decided to turn to the Better Business Bureau to see how the brand ranked in customer service and complaints management.

Surprised to see an F grade and only 21 complaints, we soon learned that the BBB had issued this rating because the brand had failed to respond to one. A little harsh? Maybe. But customers are the lifeblood of any company and each one deserves to be treated equally.

Despite the low letter grade, the brand’s BBB profile shows a 4.5/5 star rating from 166 shoppers. A huge feat considering this website is where customers go to complain.

We then hopped over to Trustpilot to see how customers generally felt about their experiences with the brand. The average rating of 4/5 stars given by 3,616 buyers told us the answer to that question was, ‘Great.’ We put the snapshot below if you care to take a peek at how the score was calculated:

  • Excellent 61%
  • Great 10%
  • Average 6%
  • Poor 4%
  • Bad 17%

5-star reviews speak of fast shipping and true-to-size items. Customers also say that their shapewear offers compression and is high quality.

One interesting Shapellx review that mentions the additional benefits of the brand’s shapewear reads, “I get very bad hip and lower back pain but when I wear my shaper it actually relieves so much of that pain and allows me to have better mobility.” It’s always appreciated when a product has more than one use.

Though there are a ton of contented customers, there’s still that 21% who had either a ‘Poor’ or ‘Bad’ experience. What could be the issue? Well, as to be expected, shapewear, just like any clothing item, fits differently on certain body types.

Some unhappy customers speak of their Shapellx plus size shapewear not fitting correctly, giving them a bulge at the top below their bra, or being too tight on their thighs. Take this Shapellx review:

It doesn’t work for the different shape big woman; it’s made for those who are “wanna be plump.” There are also a few who mention difficulties with getting in contact with customer service.

Overall, the brand is rated highly, and its products really work, but it looks like their shapewear doesn’t fit the same for all who try it. That’s to be expected with any brand as we’re all made differently.

Is Shapellx Worth It?

Shapellx Review

There are a few mentions of inconsistent customer service, but nothing overwhelming. When it comes to issues, that’s about the only one we found. Other complaints about fit aren’t really about the brand, but rather, that a certain size will fit differently on different bodies.

Other than that, Shapellx is enjoyed by those who wear it. And, its techy items are reported to work. The brand’s shapewear is on the pricier side, but it’s also better made than other companies, as demonstrated earlier in the comparison section of this Shapellx review. With all things considered, we think the brand is worth the buy.
