Adore Me Shipping Policy

Adore Me ships to over a half-dozen countries, and plans to include more in the future. Standard Shipping to the US is free and customers can choose Priority Shipping for $9. Canadian customers pay $6 for Standard Shipping, and those in Australia, the UK, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, United Arab Emirates, New Zealand, and Singapore pay $7. Shipping to P.O. boxes is only available for Standard Shipping. 

Adore Me orders take 1-2 days to process in their warehouse. Estimated shipping time within the US is around 3-5 business days (Standard Shipping) or 1-4 business days (Priority Shipping). Customers in all other countries generally receive their orders in 5-10 business days. International orders may be subject to additional fees and tariffs, depending on the country and the order. 

As soon as your Adore Me order has shipped, you receive an email with tracking information. Once you receive the shipment confirmation, it can take 24-48 hours for tracking information to be accessible on your Adore Me account. Note that tracking is available for orders from Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

If there appear to be items missing in your order, they most likely have been sent in separate packages. Adore Me recommends that you check your emails to see if items are arriving separately. Completely agree with the review that this company will steal your money. I received my first box and returned two items are trying them on. They were returned in perfect condition. It took them almost a month after which I received an email that they were charged me for these items as they were “damaged.” I am in two other subscription services and I have never had any problems whatsoever. The items were absolutely not damaged – in any way!. Since I’ve had to pay for the items I told them to send them back to me – we’ll see if that ever happens or if they just plan to send them out to the next unsuspecting customer. SCAM!!!!

I agree. I sent a few cheap looking items back to them and I just received an email that said they did not receive my box despite the fact I have proof of receipt. They are charging my account for $59.90 for the items. I repeatedly asked them to call me so we could discuss over the phone. They would only respond by email.

I agree with the previous post!!! My order shipped on June 10th, and a month later I still don’t have my order and have no idea when or if it will be delivered. I’ve emailed customer service multiple times about my order and they have not been helpful AT ALL. My last two emails to them have gone unanswered. It is beyond frustrating to give a company your money and for them not to deliver on their end and then completely ignore the issue. There are plenty of other options for nice bras and panties where you can get your order in a reasonable amount of time, and get decent customer service. DO NOT waste your money, time or energy with Adore Me.

They say they will get back to you and don’t. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were to busy answering email! Yeah right!

It’s been over a month, and while I’ve gotten an email response from the company, I still don’t have my merchandise. to make matters worse, they charged me a $39.95 subscription fee on the day I cancelled it. They say COVID slowed down their warehouse, but 37 days seems like a scam to me. Now I’m worried I’ll have to change my credit card number.

Adoreme is a scam, straight-up like you cannot believe how they can even exist when treating their customers like this. Even when you return all items untouched/unopened, they will charge you “penalties” out of nowhere, and you will have no one to complain to – no one responds! I am going to fight this through AmEx because they truly charge customers illegally. Never ever ever ever buy from them!!!!!

They are horrible! I been waiting since March. Granted that I didn’t put an numerical number when I types I’m my address but usually they wouldn’t even let you go that far. But they did. Gave them email and phone number . I didn’t know what happened until I called yo see where it was!!! So they gave me a credit.. then they tried to charge me the VIP MEMBERSHIP and no underwear. This place sucks . At this point I can go to Victoria Secret

I have had a terrible experience with Adoreme. My first 2 boxes were almost the exact same things, same colors and styles. My 3rd box, the return shipping label was destroyed when I removed the label as instructed and they would not give me another label to mail it back with. Just told me to take to post office and they would get it there. My 4th box didn’t even have a return label. They said just keep it and they would charge me for them and then give me a credit. I refused and they finally gave me a return address and said they would refund me the postage. Now, after I mailed it back and sent them a copy of the receipt, they say they can only give me a store credit! Bull! I will cancel my membership, I agree with previous comments, you can get their type of products in some many places.

The first two boxes came with no issues and I loved the product. The third box never showed up but they charged me 199.75 anyway. I’ve filed multiple complaints with their customer service both via email and call, have heard nothing back. Filed a complaint with BBB and my bank. Buyer beware.

Do not do business with this company!
They will disappoint you over, and over again. Their attitude reflects how little they care about their customers. I have called and emailed many times with complaints, but nothing changes.
I have been waiting for a month on a set, I ordered my wife for Valentine’s Day. Still waiting! After speaking to their associate, I still do not have an answer on when it will arrive. I have canceled my subscription with them. I suggest you do the same.

Horrible quality bras. Not worth to be sold in dollar store. I don’t understand where all the good reviews come from, I never was able to leave a review for any of their products. First order got delayed for so long and the time came to order next month order so I did and by the time all orders arrived and I finally tried it on, it was too late to get a refund.

They get one star because they offer a great product. However, they lost the other 4 stars because they do not know how to take care of their customers. I placed my first order on January 25 to ensure I get what I ordered by Valentine’s Day. I ordered 13 sets. After a couple days, I decided to check on my order and find out it was cancelled. No reason given and no communication that it was cancelled. I immediately call the support line to find out why. They can’t tell me and advise that it has to be escalated and that I would get a response in 1-2 business days. The response I get by email states that they don’t know why it was cancelled and I would be getting another response in 1-2 business days. Yes, I get an email that states the exact thing as the response I received over the phone. I place another call. Again, the response I get says they don’t know why the order was cancelled and the issue has been escalated. I call and email again, one week after the original order date. The next day, I get a response saying the same thing….They don’t know!. By this time, the order should have been processed and began to ship. Another phone call and email. 10 days later, I get an email saying that they can’t ship the order and then state that I would need to reorder with a maximum of 8 sets per order. I immediately call back to understand what this means. The person I spoke to couldn’t answer. I asked to speak to the person that provided the response I received by email and they said I couldn’t because they are all working from home due to COVID. HMMM…The person that picks up the phone is at home, yet the person who emails can’t/won’t take phone calls? How is this taking care of their customer? Oh, and the response I get every single time is that someone will come back within 1-2 business days. At this time, when I’ve made at least 6 phone calls and multiple emails, one would think that management would get involved. Nope, nothing! At the end of it all, I did have to place 2 orders with expedited shipping and still did not get in time for Valentine’s day. As one can imagine, I’m one very frustrated and upset customer. I sent an email after I placed my order asking the company what they would do for my inconvenience….
– There was no communication for the cancelled order.
– The system allowed me to place an order for a number of items greater than the system can handle.
– I had to place 6 different calls to get this issue moving. It is not resolved in my opinion.
– It could have been resolved much quicker.
– The so-called “credits” applied to the account was the same credit as the original order for a new customer, which I was. This is not a value to compensate for this inconvenience.
– I had to pay for expedited shipping when promised that it would be covered by the company.
– The promise date of the two orders is now past Valentine’s Day when the original order would have arrived before Valentine’s Day.
– After over two weeks of communication without resolution, the original items ordered are not available.
– The front line customer service team cannot make any decisions to resolve. They have to go to a supervisor that requires the customer to wait an additional 1-2 business days.
– Being that the company knew that this issue is an escalated issue, someone senior that is able to make a decision and resolve the issue should have called me to provide options to resolve.

I’ve continued to escalate this issue to their management. I get a response that it has been sent to management but I never get a response from their management. In fact, this was the response I receive…
“I’m very sorry about your experience, however we appreciate your feedback.
This information helps us to hear the truth about our service directly from the source that matters the most, you! I am terribly sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations.
Please note all feedback will be reviewed and considered in accordance with our policies, and requests.
Please let me know if you have questions about any other matter.”

Does this sound like a positive response to a customer that a customer should accept? Yet the company uses phrases in their emails such as “Adore Me has always made serving every customer our top priority” & “Adore Me’s promise has always been (and always will be) to be there for our customers”.

LOL…not to this customer.

So, what do I get for all this inconvenience? a $10 credit. That’s it! A $10 credit for an inconvenience for an original order that a customer was going to pay close to $500 and was willing to be a continued shopper. Reading all the reviews at this site, it appears that there are quite a few complaints about their customer service. What do they do about it? Nothing! Instead, they like to advertise that they have over a million VIP customers. A pat on their own back! I wonder how many of those million VIP customers actually returning shoppers?

I love that they usually have my size and comfortable fit but if you are going to return or exchange – they will hit you with a $20 damage fee. CONTEST THIS and take pictures of the item JUST BEFORE SHIPPING so they time stamp is close to when the package is scanned at the post office.

I returned items in perfect condition and after a month I received an email that I was charged because they were “damaged.” The items were absolutely not damaged – I didn’t even try them on because when they arrived they were the wrong size! Then when I tried to remove my credit card from the site, even after I was erroneously charged for the “damaged” items, I couldn’t do that without sending an email to Adore me (as per their request to remove a credit card). The credit card still hasn’t been removed. Beware this company and stay far away.

I have had the adore me service for a few years now and this last experience has been the absolute worst. I ordered a set on June 8th and it showed that they shipped it out on June 10th. It is now July 4th and nothing has shown up. I have emailed customer service multiple times and they keep telling me to wait until a later date to see if it shows up. This is despite my having proof that the package is not moving at all with the USPS tracking. I have never had such incompetent and irresponsible customer service. Clearly the package is lost and all I want is my refund so I can cancel my account and never recommend them again.

I agree, the company is a scam. cheap quality, bad business practices. “free” returns but they charge a restocking fee. I had to follow up on each return to ensure they credited me, they did not do it automatically. Instead of a credit back to my credit card they instead gave me store credit which I am still trying to use up. Bra and panties came as a set and like many ladies my top and bottom size do not match. I am also amazed that there are any positive reviews. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ADORE ME unless yo are willing to flush your money down the toilet.
