Feedback to my BloomChic review is what a cozy sweater is to fall. It just wouldn’t be complete without it. Let’s dive right in and check out ratings from the brand’s site first:

What did customers like so much about them? I looked into the comments section for the Floral Ruffle Knot Side Wrap Dress to find out. One shopper wrote:

“Ordered this dress for my granddaughter’s baptism. Dress arrived a few days before so perfect timing. The material was really good quality and it was a lovely fit. Especially liked the fact that there is a press stud on the chest area so that no boobies are exposed.”

I’ll admit that most shoppers mentioned long shipping times, but most seemed very happy with what they received.

On Judge.me, BloomChic scored 4.7/5 stars awarded by over 9k shoppers. 99% of them said they received 4 or 5-star service and quality. No one gave the brand 1 or 2 stars. 

One reported a BloomChic reviewer wrote: “I ordered this dress for my engagement photos and it was a perfect fit! I ordered it expedited and it got here almost 2 days early. Very comfy, beautiful, and meant for voluptuous, full-figured women.”

Another shopper talked in-depth about the “sleek and luscious” fabric of the velvet dress received, and I appreciated the ability to view pictures of actual customers in their dresses.

I’m no expert, but the fabric does indeed to be of good quality and fits the customers well. It’s safe to say that a lot of customers had great experiences with the brand.

Is BloomChic Legit?

No matter what you’re buying online, doing your research is always a good idea. Since I did a bunch already for my BloomChic review, I was able to look through comments to see if any red flags popped up.

There’s definitely a ton of positive feedback for the brand, and from their Trustpilot page, I can see that they responded to 99% of negative reviews.

Both are very good signs. But as I dug a little deeper, I read that they may have some quality control issues.

In a BloomChic review posted on Reddit, one customer said that they bought two of the same dress in different colors at separate times.

The second dress they received was very different from the first and the brand said it was their new spring fabric.

Fabric is one of the main issues I’ve seen customers run into with this brand, but also, thousands say the quality they received was excellent.

Who to trust? The majority always wins, but this is something to keep in mind when ordering.

Something else worth mentioning: it’s undeniable that BloomChic has a longer shipping process than some other companies.

This doesn’t mean you shouldn’t order from them, but just keep that in mind if you hope your new dress will arrive next week before your friend’s wedding.

What is BloomChic’s Return Policy?

BloomChic has a very generous return policy that starts the day you receive your order. You’ll have 45 days to try on your items and decide if they’re right for you.

If not, you can send them back for a full refund. There are some general guidelines around the policy which I’ll outline below:

1. All items must be in like-new condition with their original tags attached
2. You cannot return bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, swimwear, jewelry, beauty products, or accessories
