Choosing the best mac and cheese isn’t a decision that should come easily. Since you’re reading this Goodles review, I’m sure I don’t have to tell you there are a ton of different MAC brands out there, so how do you go about finding the right one? Thinking about these factors can help:
- Noodle type: Are you a classic elbow noodle fan? A conniseur who loves spirals? Get real about your noodle preferences before you go any further.
- Flavor: Some people are die-hard cheddar fans, others like something lighter. If you like a variety, choose a brand that has it. Psst…Goodles has an awesome flavor lineup & a variety pack.
- Ingredients: There’s regular mac and cheese and then there’s elevated mac and cheese. Goodles is the latter, but they aren’t the only brand with better ingredients. Are Goodles Noodles healthy?
Depending on who you ask, “healthy” can mean different things. Goodles only uses non-GMO ingredients in their recipes and requires written verification of this from every supplier.
They pack 15 grams of protein into a 1-cup serving of their Mac and Cheese and hide vitamin-rich starches, vegetables, and even fruits (cranberry) in there as well.
Goodles are certainly healthier than your average mac and cheese, however, they are not low in fat, carbs, or calories. They already have a vegan option and will soon be releasing gluten-free options.
