What is Northern Royal’s Return Policy?
The first thing to note is that Northern Royal has a lifetime warranty on all their rings. If there is any damage to your ring within the first year, they replace the ring for free.
All you have to do is to pay the return shipping, which is usually about $3 in the US using USPS. After the first year, there is a deductible of $45 for ring replacement.
For returns and exchanges, you have 90 days to return a ring and 120 days to exchange it. These start either from the date of delivery or the date of your wedding.
The rings must be in the same condition as when they were delivered. On the rare occasion that your ring needs resizing after 120 days, there is a $30 deductible to replace the ring. Rings cannot be resized.
