Featuring woven grey wicker, they can withstand the elements. Although if you have a lot of rain, the brand recommends bringing the cushions inside.

Diving into the comments section for the Stamford Navy 4 Piece Set, I can confidently say that everyone loves it. Here’s what one customer had to say:

“We are more than pleased with this set! Very sturdy yet lightweight to move around easily. Cushions are very comfy and have a rich blue color. Customer service is excellent, we had 2 pieces damaged in shipping and they were replaced with no problem at all…very happy with this purchase!”

I’m not sure a more complete review exists, but I’ll chalk that up to the fact that SunHaven makes excellent products and has excellent service. Now, I’m not one for assumptions, so let’s check out another source to be sure.

Over on Wayfair, the brand averages 4.7/5 stars. Here customers seemed to be thrilled with their purchase, so there really is something to the quality that SunHaven offers. For good measure, I decided to hop over to Judge.me where the brand also averages 4.7/5 stars from 175 shoppers.

If you can’t tell by these scores, there were plenty of positive SunHaven Furniture reviews from customers online. One read: “Over-the-top quality and craftsmanship with great detail. They are also incredibly comfortable, as a matter of fact, I took a nap in my chair and ottoman today.”

I mean, nappable chairs are hard to come by indoors, let alone outdoors. I’ve woken up with more than one sore neck as proof. All things considered, I can’t argue against the fact that SunHaven furniture is super comfortable and well-built, and the service they provide is top-notch.

Is SunHaven Furniture Legit?

It’s part of the job of my SunHaven Furniture review to smoke out alarming, repetitive issues. Those are what we call red flags. You know, the kind your ex raised on your first date. 

Thankfully, there weren’t many issues reported with this brand at all. The most I found were complaints about cushion color fading (which, frankly, it shouldn’t and is covered by a one-year warranty), and cushion fluff flattening.

Again, this is a problem that may be covered by the brand’s warranty and is probably why these complaints, which were made to the BBB, have been resolved and why the brand has an A+ score there. In general, feedback on customer service, quality, and shipping has been highly positive.

What else can I say that I haven’t already said in my SunHaven Furniture review? If you don’t know by now, I definitely think this brand’s outdoor furniture is worth it, but I’ll do a quick recap so you know exactly why:

Live in the 48 contiguous United States? Your order will be shipped for free and when it does, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to keep an eye on your delivery date. The included date is an estimate and delivery times can vary. Here’s what else you should know about the policy:
