About Beis Travel Bags
Whether I’m flying home for the weekend or visiting a friend, I’ve learned the hard way that regular bags just don’t cut it. I’m often left unpacking an entire suitcase to track down one item or juggling a coffee, purse, tickets, and my sanity while I beeline for the gate.
Beis is an affordable bags, luggage, and accessories company with multi-purpose, functional designs. I was really impressed with how smart its line is, as were popular publications like People, Travel & Leisure, and even Forbes—not to mention the 505k+ followers on the Beis Travel Instagram page.
If you’re always on the go and need your bags to travel the distance, I highly suggest checking out this Beis travel bags review. Here, I’ll give you a close look at the brand, its products, customer feedback, and more. Let’s get into it.

Overview of Beis Travel Bags

Beis Bags Review
Beis bags are meant to make your everyday tasks, travels, and baby care convenient and hassle-free. The line of backpacks, totes, crossbody bags, and holders is fashionable and ready for action.
These best-selling bags I’ll tell you about next in this Beis travel bags review have made their mark on busy moms and travelers everywhere. You’ll find the details below.
Beis Work Tote Review
I had a bag like this one, except it was all looks and no brains. The Work Tote has a straightforward, no-nonsense design while keeping things chic and professional in and out of the workplace. Choose from black croc, cognac croc, black, or beige. I’m usually an all-black gal, but I’m totally crushing on beige.
The Work Tote combines functional features like:
- An adjustable and removable shoulder strap
- A removable interior zip pouch
- Two external pockets
- A key fob
- A padded 14.5″ x 10.5″ laptop sleeve
- A trolley passthrough
Oh, and it’s made from vegan leather. Score. It fits nicely on top of your roller bag and weighs only 2.8lbs for easy mobility on the go. Channel those boss-babe vibes with The Work Tote for $138.
Beis Backpack Diaper Bag Review
This diaper bag just launched mom duty into the 21st century. At first glance, I thought the Backpack Diaper Bag looked pretty simple. It’s a modern, sensibly sized bag that is ideal for light travel or a busy day of being a mom. Upon closer inspection, I learned this thing is packed to the brim with helpful features.
Let’s start with what’s inside. This compact bag includes a changing pad, a bag for dirty diapers, two bottle pouches, a pacifier pouch, and a teething ring. I love the fact that it’s more than a baby bag too. It has a 18.5”x10” laptop sleeve and a secondary 12”x13” laptop sleeve.
But here’s where the bag gets super functional. Equipped with stroller straps, a trolley sleeve, and straps that attach to the Beis Stroller Caddy, it makes travel as easy as it can be with a baby in tow.
I thought it was pretty cool that the Backpack Diaper Bag also had adjustable and removable shoulder straps that you can take off when you don’t need to carry it yourself.
Weighing 4 lbs (there’s a lot in there), the bag is made from a mix of nylon twill and buffalo PU, while the accessories are made out of jelly PVC and silicone for your little one’s safety. Go hands-free with the black Backpack Diaper Bag for $148.
Beis Convertible Backpack Review
Now here’s a backpack after my own heart. I think The Convertible Backpack is perfect for an overnight or carry-on bag. It has all of the mart features you know and love from Beis, like adjustable and removable shoulder straps, a trolley passthrough, and a padded laptop sleeve.
Designed for the road, it features an RFID-lined front exterior, external pockets, and a key fob for easy building access. I quite like its casual look, which is in thanks to the cotton and polyester fabric it’s made from.
Weighing 1.9lbs, it’s uniquely convertible to a backpack, tote, or shoulder bag in a switch of a strap. So cool. Coming in black croc and black, keep The Convertible Backpack with you on your travels for $68–$78.
Beis Backpack Review
I rocked a Jansport when traveling for many years. If you ever have, then you know how limiting they can be. One pocket? Who are those bags for exactly?
The Backpack by Beis was designed to hold everything you need for a day or night of fun. With a roomy main compartment equipped with a padded laptop sleeve, you’ll enjoy organizational features like 3 zip pockets, a key fob, and adjustable padded shoulder straps for comfortable travel.
It also has four-point elastics for security to you can travel with confidence. Made from cotton and weighing 1.8lbs, this bag attaches easily to luggage and is convenient for school or work. Get The Backpack in either black or beige for $78.
Beis Passport Holder Review
I used to think passport holders were unnecessary, but after several freak outs over what I thought were lost passports, I realized it’s helpful to have all of my necessities in one place.
The Beis Passport Holder has all you need for your travels in one simple PVC folder. This travel essential features 4 card slots, a passport folder, a pen and pen holder, and an additional pocket for paperwork. It’s so classy it even has a little gold foil airplane on the front. Adorable.
Small enough to fit in your coat pocket, it weighs just 0.16lbs for easy portability. Grab the Beis holder for $24 in beige or black.
Beis Luggage Review
Traveling with luggage that is bulky and heavy will never be cute. But it isn’t fun, convenient, or practical either. Beis luggage is. From thoughtfully-designed rollers, covers, and adjustable straps, the brand has made it easy to get around without the added stress.
Up next in this Beis travel bags review, I’ll tell you all about its best-selling luggage.
Beis 26″ Check-In Roller Review
Now that everyone is carrying on, baggage claim just became the most peaceful place at the airport. Avoid the herd and wait for your luggage in style. A great excuse to pack the 11th dress for your 3-day trip, the 26″ Check-In Roller will have you wheeling up like the bad gal you are.
It’s one of the brand’s top sellers too thanks to its versatility and style. Here’s a peek at the many features this incredible bag offers:
- Water-resistant Nylon zipper tape
- Durable hardsided construction
- Hinimoto® 360 wheels
- A cushioned handle
- A retractable bag attach strap
- A side carry handle with a weight indicator
- TSA-approved locks
- 2-inch expansion
- An included Not Beisic drawstring bag and dirt bag
Made from polycarbonate, PVC, and polyester, this bag weighs approximately 10.2lbs. The 26″ Check-In Roller comes in black, beige, navy, and grey for $278.
Beis 29″ Large Check-In Roller Review
Girl, you’re going places, so naturally, you have a lot to pack. The 29″ Large Check-In Roller has all of the same features as the 26″ Check-In Roller, but with a few key differences. Weighing a little heavier at 11.84lbs, this bag is meant for longer travels and bigger adventures. I’d pack this one for extended vacations.
Costing a little more than the smaller 26″ option, the 29″ Large Check-In Roller comes at a cost of $298. Get it in grey, navy, beige, or black.
Beis 26″ Luggage Cover Review
Judging from the way taxi drivers and luggage handlers manhandle my bags, they must really hate them. I don’t blame them—I tend to over pack. But still, with all of that tossing they can get pretty banged up, so I think luggage covers are pretty smart.
The 26″ Luggage Cover is meant to protect your Beis luggage from scratches and damage due to rough travel. Made to fit the 26″ Check-In Roller, it cooperates well with the 2-inch expansion feature of your bag.
The cover is made from polyester, PVC, nylon zipper, and has hardware that is lightweight and durable so your Beis luggage stays in pristine condition. Protect your luggage with the 26″ Luggage Cover for $44.
Beis Luggage Strap Set Review
I have this fear of my luggage popping open mid air as it’s getting thrown into the plane’s cargo hold. The Luggage Strap Set is for people like me who like a little extra confidence while traveling.
Ensuring your bag stays closed mid flight, ride, or toss, the set of 2 luggage straps is made from PVC, PU, polyester, and nylon zipper, and is completely adjustable. These aren’t available on the brand’s website right now, but you may find them through a partner store.
Beis Luggage Tag Review
My family used to use ribbons as luggage tags. Beis’ The Luggage Tag is the grown up version of that. Adding that final level of security to your luggage, it’s made from pure PVC and attaches easily to all of your Beis luggage or bags.
Adorned with gold icons, this tag measures 7″ x 3″ so you can spot your name easily. Made in black and beige, normally the tag is $8 though it’s out of stock right now. Get on the mailing list for updates.
Beis Travel Bags Reviews: What Do Customers Think?
Now is the part of this Beis travel bags review where I take a look at what customers have to say about the brand. Checking out the brand’s website, Lakeshore Ladies, Life in Wanderlust, and Reddit, I’ll tell you all about what I found, here. Let’s start with some ratings from beistravel.com:
- The Luggage Tag: 4.9/5 stars, 122 reviews
- The 26” Luggage Cover: 4.5/5 stars, 152 reviews
- 26” Check-In Roller: 4.8/5 stars, 471 reviews
- The Backpack: 4.8/5 stars, 1,971 reviews
- The Work Tote: 4.7/5 stars, 2,229 reviews
Customers on the Beis Travel website rate the Beis Weekender Bag with 5 stars among 6,727 reviews. One review read, “The internal compartments are great and the laptop sleeve is really helpful. Also very happy with the quality of the canvas on the bag as well as the zippers.”
Next, I nipped over to a Beis Travel Bags review on a blog called Lakeshore Ladies. The author included the Weekender Bag and Beis Backpack in their 2020 review, The Best Weekender Bags with the Weekender placing #1 and the Backpack taking #4.
The reviewer has already “used it on 3 trips” and loved the “bottom compartment” and “laptop sleeve.” And while she thinks it’s a great bag (clearly), she thought its only fault was it’s size. I’ll admit, it’s a pretty large bag, but I love how versatile it is and how much you can pack.
The blog Life In Wanderlust reviewed The Weekender, Work Totes, and Cosmetics Case. After trying the tote, the reviewer claimed:
“I was immediately impressed with the quality and the functionality, and suddenly I couldn’t wait to get my hands on other Beis products.” She went on to list that all the Beis products she tried had great features, thoughtful designs, and lived up to the hype.
While searching around for this Beis travel bags review, I found it difficult to source negative reviews about the brand. But, a 1-star review on Reddit did speak of a lengthy return process.
It definitely seems to me that people love this company. Though it could easily be hyped up because of Shay Mitchell’s fame, it actually has a pretty solid reputation among shoppers.
Are Beis Travel Bags Worth It?
I’ll sum things up simply here in this Beis travel bags review: I believe this brand is worth the buy. Why? Because customers and reviewers alike love the bags’ functionality and designs as well as their affordable prices (compared to other luxury brands).
Beis has allowed travelers, moms, and those of us with busy schedules a way to fuse function and fashion. The stylish storage solutions are lightweight, vegan, and portable without being too bulky. Along with flexible payment options, these are things that have customers singing the brand’s praises, and in some cases, making them repeat buyers.
Beis passes with flying colors for me, and I’m pretty stoked on just how smart its bags really are.
