Items fulfilled by Fully will ship either from Nottingham, MD, Maryland, or Portland via FedEx ground, Home Delivery, or Freight, depending on the location you’re ordering from. Items fulfilled by third-party vendors will be drop-shipped from the vendor location.
How do I reset my Jarvis desk?
The Jarvis reset procedure is outlined on the “How to Jarvis” page for desk assembly and troubleshooting information. If your electric Jarvis desk is not working properly, your Memory Preset Handset may display one of the following codes: “RST”, “RESET” or Fully Jarvis e08 (a common error code). If any of these codes are displayed, you’ll have to perform the reset procedure as instructed below:
Press and hold the down arrow on your Memory Preset Handset until Jarvis reaches its lowest position, then release. Hold the down arrow a second time until the RESET code is displayed on the screen, though keep in mind that some handsets do not read out codes. This may take up to 30 seconds. Press and hold the down arrow one more time, until your Jarvis lowers slightly, then rises slightly and finally stops.

How do I build my Fully desk?
All Fully desks have assembly instructions that can be found on their website in a PDF. There are tutorials for the Remi Standing Desk and the Jarvis Standing Desk.
In order to assemble a Jarvis desk, you will need a Phillips head screwdriver (all other materials are included in the product box). The steps are outlined as follows:
- Lift column to frame end
- Attach a side bracket
- Repeat steps 1 and 2
- Attach a leg assembly to the desktop
- Position the rest of the frame
- Secure the right leg to the desk
- Secure center rails to desk
- Attach handset to desk
- Plug in cords *Note that 90 degree plug will always go into the M1 socket
- Attach feet to lifting columns
- Double/ triple check all screws
- Flip over the desk
- Calibrate your desk by following the Jarvis RESET procedure

How long does Fully take to ship?
Most in-stock items ship within 1-5 business days. If a product is backordered, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number to monitor your Fully order status when the product is back in stock and ready to be shipped! Expedited shipping is not available.
Shipping is free to the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, for which shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Fully Jarvis Canada shipping will also be calculated at checkout.

Returns must be processed and returned by Fully within 30 days of the original receipt, so allow up to 3 business days for processing. Products can be returned from Canada within the 30 days, but a return shipment fee will be deducted from the return.
