About Inhale Health

Inhale Health Review

Coffee and supplements are great, but what if you could get a hit of energy or a full dose of vitamins from a three-second inhale? Inhale Health is a biotech company that makes innovative solutions to the problems we face with our favorite vices.

Delivering a 30-day supply of bioavailable caffeine, nutrients, and melatonin through a sleek line of vaporizers, these nicotine-free electronic devices meet the needs of modern adults aged 21 years and older.

There’s a general buzz about this brand across the web, so I wasn’t surprised to find a quickly growing community of 30k followers across its social media pages.

What’s the deal with this wellness and tech-driven brand? In my Inhale Health review, it will all be laid out for you in the details to come. I’ll cover its story, devices, customer feedback, and more.

Overview of Inhale Health

Inhale Health Review

Inhale Health is one of those brands that makes you say, “why wasn’t this invented sooner?” Solving day-to-day setbacks with the act of a simple inhalation, its electronic vaporizers use science, innovation, and a little common sense to give people what they really want from their vices: results.

Whether it’s energy throughout your day, relaxation, or sleep at night, we need the things we consume to work, so that we can. Inhale Health was founded by people who feel the same. Daniel Wolf Shapiro and Mario Danek officially launched the company in 2014 with the aim to help the world make healthier choices.

You may have heard of its first-ever product, the Vitamin Vapor Stick. Fashioned into a cigarette-like shape, it provided the benefits of a complete multivitamin with a short inhale. Over time, the brand’s products have shifted slightly, now isolating each need (energy, sleep, etc.) for more targeted results.

Excited to see what this brand has in store? It’s all coming up in this Inhale Health review. I’ll take you through its highlights first, then dip into its innovative inventory.

Inhale Health Review

I’ve mentioned vices several times so far in this Inhale Health review, but let’s consider what that means. Cigarettes? There’s no arguing those should go. Coffee? It’s ok, but often we consume too much of it in one go and end up getting heart flutters, jitters, and anxiety. With high-pressure careers, there’s no room for that.

How about vitamins and supplements? According to a survey published by the American Osteopathic Association, 86% of Americans consume vitamins. Most people do not need to take vitamins as a balanced diet should fulfill all our nutritional needs. However, some groups may need some extra help. For example, many vegans cannot get enough Vitamin B12 from food.

In the form of pills, vitamins can be pricey, not to mention hard on your stomach and tough to swallow. Inhale Health’s line of pocket-friendly, easy-as-breathing, affordable nutrients fit in seamlessly with the needs of everyday life.

Its collection includes vape pens for energy, sleep, and vitamin B12, but you’ll also find bottles of hemp oil available for a dose of calm throughout your day. Helping you be your best, the line is thoughtfully curated and tackles wellness and performance from the ground up.

The next part of my Inhale Health review will focus on the brand’s vape pens only, but if you’re a fan of high-quality full-spectrum CBD, check out its website. And if you find you like what this brand offers, you can build a bundle and get it delivered monthly as part of a subscription plan.

Inhale Health Review

Up ahead, I’ll walk you through a selection of the brand’s best-sellers. Inhale Health delivers highly bioavailable nutrients, energy, and relaxation, offered up in a selection of delicious flavors.

Each stick functions the same way—simply breathe in for three seconds or until the device beeps. Certain products have daily limits, others don’t. Pay attention to the details, no matter how sleep, energy, or vitamin-deprived you are.

Inhale Health Melatonin Chocolate Midnight Review

What happens when it’s time to sleep but sleep doesn’t come? Chances are, you know the answer to that question too well. Too many sleepless nights can lead to poor performance, exhaustion, and mental fog, and sometimes, a power nap just doesn’t fit into the schedule.

A meta-analysis published in Sleep Medicine Reviews explored the available evidence regarding the efficacy of melatonin for insomnia. The authors concluded that, with modest efficacy, melatonin reduces the sleep latency onset, increases sleep efficacy, and increases sleep duration.

Inhale Health Melatonin helps you get the sleep you need when you need it, so you can show up ready to go. With 40 mg of melatonin per stick, each inhale delivers 1 mg, so you’ll have 40 servings total. You can inhale this one up to 10 times per day.

With its smooth, decadent flavor, eating dessert before bed now comes without the calories. Grab a single Melatonin Chocolate Midnight for $20.

Inhale Health Melatonin Lavender Dream Review

If chocolate isn’t quite your speed, why not try something a little more traditional for sleep? Lavender is taking over the baking world, so if you think the flower should only be reserved for candles, think again.

One stick of Inhale Health Melatonin Lavender Dream contains 40 mg of melatonin, with 1 mg per draw. Infused with the uplifting flavors of lavender, chamomile, and honey, bedtime just got a whole lot sweeter.

Grab a stick and sleep peacefully for $20.

Inhale Health Anti-Cigarette Innocent Mint Review

Part of the trouble with giving up smoking is saying goodbye to the act of smoking. The Inhale Health Anti-Cigarette Innocent Mint gives you something to inhale—just minus the nicotine and nasties.

As described on the CDC website, nicotine replacement therapy and quit-smoking pills have proven to lessen the uncomfortable symptoms that appear after quitting. However, there is no evidence to support the effectiveness of menthol or vaporizers to reduce cravings or withdrawal symptoms.

Plus, a review article highlights that smokers who use mentholated cigarettes are less likely to quit smoking than those who use non-mentholated ones. The interaction between menthol and nicotine makes cigarettes more addictive. So, I don’t recommend using this inhale device while still smoking.

Made with crystalline menthol, enjoy the soothing, cooling sensation of mint and the feeling of Vapor hitting the back of your throat. Right now, the Anti-Cigarette is sold out, but normally you can stick with 300 inhalations for $20.

Inhale Health Caffeine Wild Flower Review

Caffeine from coffee is great and all, except, it often comes with problems like bad breath and calories from one too many lattes. Plus it’s hard on our bodies.

A review article published in Practical Neurology summarizes the benefits and risks of consuming caffeine. Caffeine increases alertness and mental focus. It improves mood and potentiates the effect of analgesics in patients with headaches.

Although further research is needed, caffeine may prevent degenerative brain diseases. Some individuals may experience insomnia and anxiety.

The Inhale Health Caffeine Wild Flower stick gives you a subtle hit of caffeine to microdose your system and keeps energy levels stable. Nicotine-free, this vegan-friendly vape is made with pharmaceutical-grade ingredients and a mix of floral aromas and juicy blackberry.

The perfect pick-me-up, a stick is normally $20, but right now, this type is sold out. Check back soon!

Inhale Health Vitamin B12 Super Fruit Review

If you’re on a vegan or vegetarian diet, then you most likely supplement with B12 already. While taking a pill is fine, the Inhale Health Vitamin B12 Super Fruit is formulated for better bioavailability

The increased bioavailability could help the vitamins enter your bloodstream more efficiently, however, there is lack of evidence about the safety and effectiveness of inhaled vitamins.

With 4,800 mcg of pharmaceutical B12 per stick, inhale for three seconds and you’ll get your daily dose. With delicious berry, acai, and citrus notes, taking your vitamins is enjoyable again.

Grab the Vitamin B12 Super Fruit stick for $20.

Inhale Health Caffeine Sunburst Orange Review

Helping you microdose your caffeine instead of consuming a day’s worth too quickly, the Inhale Health Caffeine Sunburst Orange stick tastes just like a popsicle. With orange, raspberry, and clementine flavors, this tasty source of caffeine delivers a steady dose throughout the day whenever you need it.

The Caffeine stick has just 6.4 mg of caffeine per serving (a cup of coffee has 120 mg), and it doesn’t have to be metabolized first. If you enjoy the occasional cup of coffee, this one’s for you.

Pick up your daily dose for $20.

Who Is Inhale Health For?

Inhale Health Review

Inhale Health is for adults aged 21 years and up. Delivering caffeine, vitamins, and melatonin, its vape pens are targeted at increasing your energy and improving sleep.

For those who crave smart solutions to everyday issues that easily work in their lives, Inhale Health may be a good choice.

Inhale Health Reviews: What Do Customers Think?

Inhale Health Review

If you like the sound of these devices so far, you’ll want to pay attention to this part of my Inhale Health review. This brand is certainly talked about, so I have a ton of feedback to dive into.

The first will be InhaleHealth.com. I rounded up a few ratings for some of its best-sellers. You’ll see them all below:

  • Caffeine Sunburst Orange: average of 4.8/5 stars from 1,215 reviews
  • Vitamin B12 Superfruit: average of 4.8/5 stars from 791 reviews
  • Anti-Cigarette Innocent Mint: average of 4.6/5 stars from 433 reviews
  • Melatonin Lavender Dream: average of 4.8/5 stars from 2,738 reviews
  • Melatonin Chocolate: average of 4.7/5 stars from 691 reviews

As a coffee fanatic, I was intrigued to find out more about the Caffeine Sunburst Orange stick so dove into the comments section with reckless abandon. I was pretty excited to see what customers’ experiences were. All in all, people say it works.

One Inhale Health review read: “I was worried this would speed me up so I would be shaky & nervous. It isn’t anything like that, It gives you energy without any side effects. This is a game-changer. Too much coffee makes me nervous, but I would drink it to give me the energy I needed. Now I have an alternative & it doesn’t affect my sleep.

One of the frustrating things about coffee and energy drinks is that, when you have one in the morning, you need one again in the afternoon. Then if you have one in the afternoon, you can’t sleep at night. At least, that’s the case for some.

With a low caffeine content, the Caffeine sticks prove effective but don’t contain enough to wreck your sleep cycle. Sounds like a win to us.

To check up on the other vapes the brand offers, we headed to an Inhale Health review on a blog called Avocado on Everything. Writing about the Melatonin Lavender stick, the buyer said:

It ended up being very pleasant and tasted a little bit like herbal tea. The serving size for the melatonin inhaler was 5-10 breaths and on my first night, I decided to go with five. Almost immediately after, I started feeling relaxed…I couldn’t believe it was working that quickly.”

The Inhale Health review continued, “It took me about 30 minutes to start feeling very sleepy and I slept really well the whole night. That was my experience on the following nights, too.

Feedback from the brand’s website confirms the same results. And overall, it looks like customers’ favorite product is the Melatonin stick as it seems to provide the biggest physical change.

The last bit of feedback comes from Yelp where 9 customers have awarded the company 4.5/5 stars. 8 out of those 9 reviews all recommend its devices and report real results. Of the Melatonin and Caffeine, one Inhale Health review read:

Honestly the sleep is amazing! About 5 “inhalations” in I am so relaxed I feel like I’m floating in clouds…The energy one is also nice and subtle, I feel it right in my eyes but don’t get jittery. Overall, super cool experience.”

From everything I’ve found, it looks like Melatonin is the brand’s most-loved product and people really feel a difference when taking it. Caffeine is enjoyed by many, but I noticed that those who consume more coffee don’t experience as strong of results as those who drink less. As for Vitamin B12, people say it works.

Is Inhale Health Legit?

Inhale Health Review

The largest complaint I found while researching the brand for this Inhale Health review, was that some people don’t like the whole “vape” concept, while others don’t experience the same results as the majority do.

We’re all different, so it’s hard to judge a product based on a select few not feeling a buzz. But for the sake of finding the most common results, we side with the majority of Inhale Health reviews. If you’re not a fan of vaping, then this isn’t the right brand for you.

A review article published in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences warns about the potential risks of vaping. Although Inhale Health products do not contain nicotine, the flavors and liquids that reach the lungs may cause acute or chronic lung damage.

Further evidence proving its safety is still required and specialists do not recommend use in individuals with lung conditions, minors, or pregnant women.

Though you aren’t getting the same chemicals or nicotine commonly added to vape products, if you have asthma, COPD, or are pregnant, do not consume Inhale Health products.

Is Inhale Health Worth It?

Inhale Health Review

The brand claims that vaping is scientifically proven to be better for your health than smoking cigarettes. As highlighted in a review article published in the European Heart Journal, vaping is less harmful than smoking. However there is concern among medical associations regarding the potential risks of vaping. Further research is warranted.

Since no one is perfect, sometimes, making healthier choices is about choosing the lesser evil so we can still keep our sanity. Using Inhale Health is a significantly better choice than vaping nicotine.

Look, if choosing Inhale Health helps wean you off smoking, or helps you get the vitamins and sleep you need, then to us, it’s worth it. Why? Because doing so might positively affect other areas in your life.

But with that said, it’s your call to make the right decisions you need to for your unique place of health. In terms of price, ingredients, and convenience, Inhale Health is definitely worth it.
