JTV Jewelry typically determines the carrier they use by the weight and price of the item(s) being shipped. If your order is less than two pounds and less than $350, then USPS will be used with delivery notification provided.

For anything over $350 or the two-pound weight guideline, either UPS or USPS will be used—usually with a signature required. 

Any standard shipping rates and fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you choose standard shipping, it will be shipped in approximately 1–5 business days, and cost between $4–$7. There’s free shipping within the United States on orders over $49.

JTV will accept returns or exchanges for items in their original condition within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds are always made in the form of the original payment. Processing of a refund usually takes between 5–7 business days upon the return to the warehouse.
