- From there, you’ll select the quantity and the frequency you wish to receive their medication. Frequencies range from 1-6 months. Add your product to your cart, and if you need more, continue shopping. When you’re ready to check out, you’ll create an account to make refills easier.
- Koala wants to make sure your prescription is correct, so they will contact your vet to verify they are safe and accurate.
- Your order is shipped and your box will be divided into sections by pet, date, and time to make things simple and easy to understand.
- Auto-refills means that when you’ve completed your order, you don’t have to worry about re-ordering every 1-6 months. At your specified frequency, your pet’s meds will be automatically delivered to your door.
