Sneak is all about energy and there’s definitely high voltage running through their line of powders, shakers, and merch. I was sent complimentary tubs of the Blue Raspberry, Raspberry Lemonade, and Blizzard V4 flavors, as well as a Black Metal Shaker.
I’ll walk you through my experience with each of them next, but before we start you should know that each serving of Sneak has just 12 calories and 0 grams of sugar. Their colors and flavors are totally natural and you’ll get 40 servings per 400-gram tub.

Sneak Energy Blue Raspberry Review
Ok, so this was my favorite of all three flavors I tried. I’ve always adored Blue Raspberry flavor, but I love that Sneak uses natural colors and flavors in their recipe rather than synthetic ones.
Apparently, this is Sneak’s most popular flavor and it’s really easy to see why. It’s sweet and totally chuggable, and of all the flavors I tried, this one needed the least amount of dilution. Along with the energy it gave me for my workout, I loved feeling hydrated after drinking it.

Sneak Energy Raspberry Lemonade Review
Raspberry Lemonade is a great balance of fruity and citrus flavors. It’s a tasty sipper you’ll reach for again and again. No matter what you’re into, you can’t really go wrong with this one.

Sneak Energy Blizzard V4 Review
Sneak warns that the Blizzard V4 is incredibly lemony…and they’re right. It is. It reminded me of a lemon warhead when mixed with 10oz of water.
When I upped the H2O to 20oz, it was like a light and really delicious homemade glass of lemonade. I just so happen to like homemade lemonade, so this flavor was a home run for me.
I loved the tub it came in too and the little square scoop was a cool switch up to their round one. It’s all in the details here and Sneak knocks it out of the park with those. You can get a tub for $40.

Sneak Energy Black Metal Shaker Review
I’m in love with this shaker. Sneak really knew what they were doing when they chose metal for its construction.
Not only does it feel significant in your hand and look good on your counter, but it keeps your drink cold. I put mine in the fridge with a premade Raspberry Lemonade overnight and enjoyed it super chilly in the morning.
The Black Metal Shaker is made with double-walled insulation and a super secure lid. It holds up to 20oz of liquids, and I loved the volume markers on the inside which made it easy to fill to my preference. Get yours for $28.

How Sneak Works & My Experience
I’m no stranger to caffeine. I have about 200mg of it within the first few minutes of waking up. Immediately I knew that Sneak was right up my alley. Each serving of Sneak contains 150mg of caffeine, which is pretty standard for an energy drink.
For reference, two shots of espresso have 212mg, and a 16 fl oz can of Monster has 160mg of caffeine. So how does Sneak compare? Sneak’s energy comes on differently than the type I get from drinking espresso. I also like that their formula is cleaner than the typical energy drink.
Sneak Energy ingredients are pretty clean and are made with natural flavors, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. You won’t just feel energized, you’ll also feel focused and, unlike drinking coffee, hydrated.
I tried out the Blizzard V4, Raspberry Lemonade, and Blue Raspberry flavors at different times of the day for different reasons.
The Raspberry Lemonade I sipped in the morning to get motivated, the Blizzard V4 I used for a home workout motivation after a long day, and the Blue Raspberry I used before a 45-minute run at the gym.
After shaking and sipping, I felt a shift in my energy levels in 10 minutes. The effects were definitely noticeable, and I can easily see why gamers love this stuff for performance! The focus it provides is much different than coffee.
How To Use Sneak Energy
You can enjoy Sneak whenever you need a hit of energy or an increase in performance—be that for gaming, work, or workouts.
The brand recommends mixing one scoop of any powder (or a single packet) with 10-12oz of cold water. I used room temperature water my first time and don’t recommend it, Sneak definitely tastes better when cold.
I also think that 10-12 oz isn’t quite enough water for my personal preference. I increased it to 14, then 16, and found my perfect sip at 20oz. But that’s the beauty of Sneak versus a premixed energy drink—you can customize it to your taste.
I prefer to drink a high volume of liquid and spread my beverage out over the course of an hour or so. Sneak is highly chuggable though, so really, how you consume it is totally up to you.
I also loved combining powders. I mixed the Raspberry Lemonade with the Blizzard V4 for a nice sour punch. I imagine you could do this with any of their flavors.
