I read that the whole service is geared towards helping professionals acquire the best items for their brand, so there’s a great selection of furniture and decor to choose from.
While I don’t know for sure what exact types of furnishings they offer within this service, for this Wayfair Professional review, I got to know of a few brands they showcase on their site such as Steelcase, Kohler, Arteriors, and Safco.
Ranging from smart office furniture, sleek bathroom furnishings, luxury lighting, to storage components, there are millions of exclusive items here that aren’t available for purchase on the regular website.
How Much Is Wayfair Professional?
When it comes to the Wayfair Professional program cost, you’ll only need to pay for items bought within this service plus an annual fee of $30. I thought it was great that the brand offers discounts through this service, as well as free shipping on orders over $50–which, if you’re redecorating a room, isn’t hard to meet.
Other wallet-friendly perks include easy invoicing and third-party financing options.
In my research for this Wayfair Professional review, I haven’t come across a Wayfair Professional promo code or a Wayfair Professional coupon. However, I did see they have a Rewards Program called the Wayfair Professional Gold service.
By signing up, you can gain access to free design consultations and significant discounts on products. You can also receive updates for any upcoming promotions by following the company on their social media platforms.
Wayfair Professional Reviews: What Do Members Think?
This is the part of my Wayfair Professional review where I tell you what members think, but honestly, I didn’t come across many testimonials for Wayfair’s separate business service. As a result, I may not be able to paint an accurate depiction of this program as a whole, but I’ll show you what I turned up nonetheless.
While there isn’t a dedicated review page on their website, there are positive experiences showcased on the company’s main page. According to one business owner, they “owe many thanks to Wayfair Trade for their support and focus on creating a strong connection between vendors and designers.”
I also also tracked down blog posts written about Wayfair Professional online. On Furniture, Lighting & Decor, an article raved about the amount of advantages and insider perks in joining the membership including the “tax-exempt buying, free shipping, … and members only discounts.”
Margaret Lawrence who is the acting Vice President of B2B also raves about the brand in her statement:
“Wayfair Professional makes it easy for interior designers to curate unique looks for all their clients — and manage projects from start to finish — in one place.”
On The Krazy Coupon Lady, the author went into detail about how helpful their personal account manager is. They explained that their assigned expert assisted in finding the best deals for products on the website:
“With Wayfair Professional you get your very own personal human account manager, with a direct line and email. My new best friend is named Brianna. She told me that I could lock in the price on any item I’m eyeing for thirty days and work with her to get better deals.”
I didn’t come across any negative experiences while snooping around for this Wayfair Professional review, but there are a few issues among Wayfair reviews that don’t really have a place here. As a totally different service with a different selection of products, I can’t assume that the experience is the same across the board.
If you have concerns about the nature of Wayfair shipping and deliveries, here’s a review from a repeat customer:
“I have been buying from Wayfair for a couple of years and have had a great experience. Occasionally something might be damaged in shipping and customer service reshipped immediately.”

With their virtual showroom and 3D mapping program, members can get a feel for their new workplace before greenlighting any decisions. These features would make me feel more at ease about my choices.
Lastly, I discovered that customers who ordered furniture and products from Wayfair had minimal issues with customer service or shipping, and it’s highly likely that this standard carries over to Wayfair Professional as well, if not raised even higher.
