Five Four

While writing this Menlo Club subscription review, I googled online customer reviews in hot pursuit of any stand-out complaints or red flags. I’m happy to report that in general, most customers appeared satisfied with the service.
The website AskMen gave Menlo Club a 4.5/5 star rating, and their rating is 3.6/5 on My Subscription Addiction. Many customers claimed that the items were good quality and that all-in-all they considered their monthly costs money well spent.
While I did come across several complaints that the clothing did not fit well and was of flimsy quality, by far the most common complaint I encountered focused on difficulties experienced when cancelling a subscription. How to Cancel Menlo Club

This was my absolute worst online shopping experience ever!! I never even heard of this company but a Black Friday deal was being offered if you purchase the monthly deal you would receive 200 dollars worth of merchandise for 39 dollars. I was supposed to receive a pair of sneakers, a t-shirt, pants and also a pair of socks. On the supposed delivery date a got a confirmation email saying my package was delivered. So not the case. Apparently, my package was delivered to another address and it was never returned to me. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement order. I finally received it but there were only 2 items in the package. On top of that my credit card was being charged the full 75 dollars and essentially told me that they couldn’t honor that coupon code because I never used it when I ordered initially but I did. I reached out via live chat and just canceled my whole subscription. Horrible customer service and horrible guest experience!! Byers beware!!!!
